قدم المستشار المصري مرتضى منصور، بلاغاً رسمياً إلى الجهات المختصة ضد صنّاع فيلم «السلم والثعبان 2» وهيئة الرقابة على المصنفات الفنية في مصر، متهماً الفيلم بنشر محتوى فاضح ومشاهد تتنافى مع القيم الأخلاقية والمجتمعية.
الفرق بين الحرية والابتذال
أكد منصور في بلاغه أن الدستور المصري يكفل حرية التعبير والإبداع الفني، شريطة احترام الحقوق العامة والآداب العامة والنظام والقيم الأسرية. وأوضح أن حرية الإبداع تختلف عن الابتذال، فالحرية تعني طرح الأفكار بوعي ومساحة للنقاش، بينما الابتذال يقتصر على مشاهد وإيحاءات فاحشة تهدد قيم المجتمع.
تهديد الأسرة والقيم المجتمعيّة
وأشار البلاغ إلى أن الفيلم يؤثر سلباً على استقرار الأسرة المصرية وتنشئة الأبناء، ويعزز سلوكيات خطيرة لا تتماشى مع الأعراف الدينية والأخلاقية، من خلال مشاهد تتجاوز الحدود المقبولة في المجتمع المصري.
الجرائم المرتكبة وفق البلاغ
اعتبر منصور أن صنّاع الفيلم ارتكبوا جرائم تتعلق بإعداد ونشر محتوى للتحريض على الفسق والفجور، والتعدي على خصوصية الأفراد، والإزعاج، وانتهاك ميثاق الشرف الإعلامي، بما يهدد النظام العام ويخل بالقيم المجتمعية، مما يستوجب التحقيق الجنائي واتخاذ العقوبات المناسبة.

طالب منصور بفتح تحقيق عاجل في كل ما ورد بالبلاغ، ومحاسبة صنّاع الفيلم على نشر مشاهد وإيحاءات تهدد القيم الأسرية والأخلاقية، وضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه المخالفات في المستقبل.

وكان فيلم «السلم والثعبان 2» قد واجه أزمة جديدة سابقاً بعدما رفعت شركة طيران مصرية دعوى قانونية ضد صنّاع الفيلم، احتجاجاً على ظهور زي طاقمها في مشاهد ذات إيحاءات جنسية، ما أثار جدلاً واسعاً على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
The Egyptian consultant Mortada Mansour has filed an official complaint with the relevant authorities against the makers of the film “Al-Salam wa Al-Thuban 2” and the Egyptian censorship authority, accusing the film of spreading obscene content and scenes that contradict moral and societal values.
The Difference Between Freedom and Vulgarity
Mansour confirmed in his complaint that the Egyptian constitution guarantees freedom of expression and artistic creativity, provided that public rights, public morals, order, and family values are respected. He explained that freedom of creativity differs from vulgarity; freedom means presenting ideas consciously and allowing space for discussion, while vulgarity is limited to scenes and obscene suggestions that threaten societal values.
Threat to Family and Societal Values
The complaint indicated that the film negatively affects the stability of the Egyptian family and the upbringing of children, and promotes dangerous behaviors that do not align with religious and moral norms, through scenes that exceed acceptable boundaries in Egyptian society.
Crimes Committed According to the Complaint
Mansour considered that the filmmakers committed crimes related to preparing and publishing content that incites debauchery and immorality, infringing on individuals’ privacy, causing disturbance, and violating the media code of ethics, which threatens public order and undermines societal values, necessitating criminal investigation and appropriate penalties.
Demands of the Complaint
Mansour demanded an urgent investigation into everything mentioned in the complaint, holding the filmmakers accountable for publishing scenes and suggestions that threaten family and moral values, and ensuring that such violations do not recur in the future.
Previous Crises
The film “Al-Salam wa Al-Thuban 2” had previously faced a new crisis after an Egyptian airline filed a lawsuit against the filmmakers, protesting the appearance of its crew’s uniform in sexually suggestive scenes, which sparked widespread controversy on social media platforms.
