فتح النجم الدولي الإسباني الشاب لاعب نادي برشلونة لامين يامال النار على المشجعين الذين قاموا بإطلاق هتافات مسيئة وعنصرية خلال المواجهة الدولية بين منتخبي مصر وإسبانيا التي انتهت بالتعادل السلبي بينهما، عندما قام مجموعة من الجماهير بإطلاق هتافات مسيئة قالوا فيها: «من لا يقفز فهو مسلم». وقال لامال في بوست نشره عبر صفحته الرسمية بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي «إنستغرام»: «غاضب جداً من الهتافات المعادية للإسلام التي أطلقت في ملعب «آر سي دي إي» بمعقل إسبانيول، وأشكر الاتحاد الإسباني على الإدانة».
وأضاف: «أنا مسلم، والحمد لله، بالأمس في الملعب، سُمع هتاف: كل من يقفز فهو مسلم، أعلم أنه كان موجهًا للفريق المنافس، ولم يكن موجهًا إليّ شخصيًا، ولكن بصفتي مسلمًا، يبقى هذا الهُتاف مهيناً وغير مقبول».
وأكمل النجم حديثه: «أتفهم أن ليس كل المشجعين هكذا، ولكن بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يغنون هذه الأشياء، إن استخدام الدين كمزحة في الملعب يجعلكم تبدون جاهلين وعنصريين».
وأوضح اللاعب الشاب، كرة القدم مصممة للاستمتاع بها والتشجيع، لا لاستخدامها في عدم احترام الناس بسبب هويتهم أو معتقداتهم، مع ذلك نشكر كل من حضر لدعمنا ونراكم في كأس العالم.
تحقيق رسمي
من جهته أعلنت شرطة كتالونيا فتح تحقيقات رسمية بشأن هتافات جماهير منتخب إسبانيا خلال المباراة الودية الأخيرة أمام مصر، والتي جمعت بينهما في ملعب كورنيا معقل نادي إسبانيول يوم الثلاثاء، ضمن استعداداتهما للمشاركة المرتقبة في نهائيات كأس العالم 2026.
وحسم التعادل السلبي نتيجة المباراة، التي شهدت صافرات استهجان أثناء عزف النشيد الوطني لمنتخب مصر قبل إطلاق وابل من الهتافات المعادية للإسلام، في مشهد أثار ضجة كبيرة عالميا على مدار الساعات القليلة الماضية، ما دعا الشرطة الكتالونية تفتح تحقيقا بشأن أحداث مباراة إسبانيا ومصر الودية، كما أنه خلال فترة بين الشوطين عرضت على الشاشات العملاقة رسالة تُذكّر بأن «القانون يمنع ويعاقب المشاركة النشطة في أعمال عنيفة أو كراهية للأجانب أو العنصرية».
من جانبها، قالت الشرطة الكتالونية على منصة «إكس»: «نحقق في الهتافات المعادية للإسلام وكارهة للأجانب التي صدرت يوم الثلاثاء في ملعب آر سي دي إي خلال المباراة الودية بين إسبانيا ومصر»، قبل أن يتفاعل فيليكس بولانيوس وزير العدل الإسباني أيضا مع الموقف.
وكتب فيليكس بولانيوس عبر حسابه الشخصي على منصة إكس قائلا: «الإهانات والهتافات العنصرية تشعرنا بالعار كمجتمع. التطرف لن يترك أي مساحة خالية من كراهيته، ومن يلتزمون الصمت اليوم فسيكونون شركاء له»، مشددا على أن «الحكومة تواصل العمل من أجل بلد متسامح يحترم الجميع».
وكان الاتحاد الإسباني لكرة القدم قد أصدر بيانا رسميا عقب نهاية المباراة قال فيه: «ندين أي عمل عنيف داخل الملاعب، كما ننضم إلى الرسالة الداعية إلى كرة قدم ضد العنصرية».
The young Spanish international star and Barcelona player Lamine Yamal has criticized the fans who chanted offensive and racist slogans during the international match between Egypt and Spain, which ended in a goalless draw. A group of fans chanted: “Whoever doesn’t jump is a Muslim.” Yamal stated in a post he shared on his official Instagram page: “I am very angry about the anti-Islam chants that were heard at the RCDE Stadium, the home of Espanyol, and I thank the Spanish Football Federation for their condemnation.”
He added: “I am a Muslim, thank God. Yesterday at the stadium, a chant was heard: ‘Whoever jumps is a Muslim.’ I know it was directed at the opposing team and not at me personally, but as a Muslim, this chant remains offensive and unacceptable.”
The star continued: “I understand that not all fans are like this, but for those who sing these things, using religion as a joke in the stadium makes you look ignorant and racist.”
The young player explained that football is meant to be enjoyed and supported, not used to disrespect people because of their identity or beliefs. Nevertheless, we thank everyone who came to support us and we’ll see you at the World Cup.
Official Investigation
For its part, the Catalonia Police announced the opening of official investigations regarding the chants of the Spanish national team fans during the recent friendly match against Egypt, which took place at the Cornella Stadium, the home of Espanyol, on Tuesday, as part of their preparations for the upcoming 2026 World Cup finals.
The match ended in a goalless draw, which saw boos during the playing of the Egyptian national anthem before a barrage of anti-Islam chants erupted, in a scene that caused a significant global uproar over the past few hours, prompting the Catalonia Police to open an investigation into the events of the friendly match between Spain and Egypt. Additionally, during the halftime break, a message was displayed on the giant screens reminding that “the law prohibits and punishes active participation in violent acts or hatred towards foreigners or racism.”
For its part, the Catalonia Police stated on the platform “X”: “We are investigating the anti-Islam and xenophobic chants that occurred on Tuesday at the RCDE Stadium during the friendly match between Spain and Egypt,” before Spanish Justice Minister Felix Bolaños also reacted to the situation.
Bolaños wrote on his personal account on the platform X: “Insults and racist chants make us feel ashamed as a society. Extremism will leave no space free from its hatred, and those who remain silent today will be complicit in it,” emphasizing that “the government continues to work for a tolerant country that respects everyone.”
The Spanish Football Federation had issued an official statement following the end of the match, stating: “We condemn any act of violence inside stadiums, and we join the message advocating for football against racism.”
