أعلن المتحدث باسم الكرملين، دميتري بيسكوف، اليوم (الأربعاء)، عدم مشاركة بلاده بأي عمليات عسكرية في إيران، مؤكداً أنها «ليست حربهم».
وفي مقابلة مع صحيفة «إنديا توداي» رد بيسكوف على سؤال حول ما إذا كانت روسيا قدمت دعماً عسكرياً لإيران بالقول: «روسيا لا تشارك في العمليات العسكرية وليست طرفاً فيها، هذه ليست حربنا»، مبيناً أن بلاده أبدت استعدادها لاستقبال اليورانيوم المخصب من إيران، لكن الأمريكيين عارضوا هذا الخيار.
وأضاف «هذه المبادرة ليست جديدة، قدّم الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين هذا المقترح منذ فترة طويلة، وأعلن أن روسيا مستعدة لاستقبال اليورانيوم المخصب على أراضيها، كان من الممكن أن يكون هذا حلاً ممتازاً حقاً، لكن مع الأسف، رفض الجانب الأمريكي هذا المقترح، وهو الآن ليس مطروحاً على طاولة المفاوضات، مع أن الرئيس بوتين مستعد للعودة إلى هذه المبادرة».
وأشار إلى أن إيران مستعدة لقبول هذا الخيار، لكن للولايات المتحدة مطالبها ومصالحها الخاصة، مضيفاً: «المسألة هي توحيد مطالب ومصالح جميع الأطراف المعنية للتوصل إلى اتفاق، وإبرام صفقة، كما تقول واشنطن».
وفي سياق متصل، أكدت وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية، اليوم، على حق طهران غير القابل للنقاش في تخصيب اليورانيوم، مشيرة إلى أن مستوى هذا التخصيب قابل للتفاوض.
فيما، أكد المتحدث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية، إسماعيل بقائي، في مؤتمر صحفي أسبوعي، أن الحق في الحصول على طاقة نووية مدنية لا يمكن انتزاعه تحت الضغط أو من خلال الحرب.
The Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, announced today (Wednesday) that his country is not participating in any military operations in Iran, emphasizing that “this is not their war.”
In an interview with “India Today,” Peskov responded to a question about whether Russia had provided military support to Iran by saying: “Russia is not involved in military operations and is not a party to them; this is not our war,” noting that his country had expressed readiness to receive enriched uranium from Iran, but the Americans opposed this option.
He added, “This initiative is not new; President Vladimir Putin proposed this idea a long time ago and announced that Russia is ready to receive enriched uranium on its territory. This could have been a really excellent solution, but unfortunately, the American side rejected this proposal, and it is now not on the negotiating table, although President Putin is ready to return to this initiative.”
He pointed out that Iran is willing to accept this option, but the United States has its own demands and interests, adding: “The issue is to unify the demands and interests of all parties involved to reach an agreement and finalize a deal, as Washington says.”
In a related context, the Iranian Foreign Ministry confirmed today Iran’s indisputable right to enrich uranium, noting that the level of this enrichment is negotiable.
Meanwhile, the spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Baqaei, affirmed in a weekly press conference that the right to obtain civilian nuclear energy cannot be taken away under pressure or through war.
