انطلقت أولى رحلات المستفيدين من مبادرة «طريق مكة» من بنغلاديش، أمس، عبر صالة المبادرة في مطار حضرة شاه جلال الدولي، وذلك بحضور رئيس وزراء بنغلاديش طارق رحمن، وسفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى الجمهورية الدكتور عبدالله بن عبيه.
كما غادرت، أمس، أولى الرحلات المخصصة للمبادرة من جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية عبر مطار جناح الدولي في كراتشي متجهة إلى مطار الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز الدولي بالمدينة المنورة.
وفي ماليزيا، أقلعت أولى الرحلات عبر صالة المبادرة في مطار كوالالمبور الدولي بحضور وزير الشؤون الدينية الماليزي الدكتور ذوالكفل بن حسن، وسفير المملكة لدى ماليزيا أسامة بن داخل الأحمدي، متجهة إلى المدينة المنورة.
كما شهد مطار إيسنبوغا الدولي في أنقرة مغادرة أولى رحلات المستفيدين من المبادرة متوجهة إلى المملكة عبر صالة «طريق مكة».
برنامج لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن
وتنفذ وزارة الداخلية المبادرة في عامها الثامن، بالتعاون مع عدد من الجهات الحكومية، من بينها وزارات الخارجية والصحة والحج والعمرة والإعلام، إضافة إلى الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني، وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، والهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا»، والهيئة العامة للأوقاف، وبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، والمديرية العامة للجوازات. وقد استفاد من المبادرة منذ إطلاقها عام 1438هـ (2017م) أكثر من 1,254,994 حاجاً.
وتشارك في مبادرة «طريق مكة» كل من: بنغلاديش، بروناي دار السلام، إندونيسيا، ماليزيا، المالديف، باكستان، تركيا، المغرب، السنغال، وكوت ديفوار.
وتهدف المبادرة إلى تقديم خدمات متكاملة لضيوف الرحمن في بلدانهم، تشمل تسجيل الخصائص الحيوية وإصدار التأشيرات إلكترونياً، وإنهاء إجراءات الجوازات في مطار المغادرة بعد التحقق من الاشتراطات الصحية، إضافة إلى ترميز وفرز الأمتعة وفق ترتيبات السكن والنقل في المملكة. وعند وصولهم، ينتقل الحجاج مباشرة إلى الحافلات المخصصة التي تقلهم إلى مقار إقامتهم في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، بينما تتولى الجهات الشريكة إيصال أمتعتهم إلى تلك المقرات.
The first flights for beneficiaries of the “Makkah Route” initiative departed from Bangladesh yesterday, through the initiative’s hall at Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport, in the presence of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Tariq Rahman, and the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic, Dr. Abdullah bin Abiah.
Additionally, the first flights designated for the initiative departed yesterday from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan via Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, heading to Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina.
In Malaysia, the first flights took off from the initiative’s hall at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, attended by the Malaysian Minister of Religious Affairs, Dr. Zulqifli bin Hassan, and the Saudi Ambassador to Malaysia, Osama bin Dakhel Al-Ahmadi, heading to Medina.
The first flights for beneficiaries of the initiative also departed from Esenboğa International Airport in Ankara, heading to the Kingdom through the “Makkah Route” hall.
A Program to Serve the Guests of Rahman
The Ministry of Interior is implementing the initiative in its eighth year, in cooperation with several government entities, including the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Hajj and Umrah, and Media, in addition to the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority “SDAIA,” the General Authority for Endowments, the Program to Serve the Guests of Rahman, and the General Directorate of Passports. Since its launch in 1438 AH (2017 AD), more than 1,254,994 pilgrims have benefited from the initiative.
The “Makkah Route” initiative includes participation from: Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Maldives, Pakistan, Turkey, Morocco, Senegal, and Côte d’Ivoire.
The initiative aims to provide integrated services for the Guests of Rahman in their countries, including the registration of biometric data and the electronic issuance of visas, completing passport procedures at the departure airport after verifying health requirements, in addition to tagging and sorting luggage according to accommodation and transportation arrangements in the Kingdom. Upon arrival, pilgrims are directly transferred to designated buses that take them to their accommodations in Mecca and Medina, while partner entities handle the delivery of their luggage to those locations.
