كشف محامي الطبيب المصري الراحل ضياء العوضي، مصطفى مجدي، أن جثمان الراحل سيصل إلى مصر خلال الساعات القليلة القادمة، عقب استكمال جميع الأوراق والتصاريح الرسمية اللازمة لنقله من دبي إلى القاهرة.
وأوضح أن الترتيبات جارية لتشييع الجثمان ودفنه في مسقط رأسه، وسط حالة من الترقب بين أسرته ومحبيه.

وفي تطور أنهى حالة الجدل، أكدت السلطات الإماراتية في تقريرها الطبي أن وفاة العوضي جاءت نتيجة جلطة مفاجئة في القلب، مشددة على عدم وجود أي شبهة جنائية.
وكانت القنصلية المصرية في دبي قد تسلمت التقرير، وبدأت فورًا استكمال الإجراءات اللازمة لنقل الجثمان إلى القاهرة.

وأفاد بيان لوزارة الخارجية المصرية بأن القطاع القنصلي أبلغ أسرة الراحل بنتائج التقرير الطبي، مؤكدًا أن الوفاة طبيعية بالكامل.
وأشار البيان إلى أن القنصلية العامة في دبي تعمل على إنهاء كافة الإجراءات في أسرع وقت، تمهيدًا لنقل الجثمان إلى مصر خلال وقت وجيز.

ومن المنتظر أن يتم تشييع جثمان الطبيب الراحل فور وصوله إلى القاهرة، قبل نقله إلى مسقط رأسه ليوارى الثرى، في وداع مؤثر يطوي فصلاً حزينًا من القضية التي شغلت الرأي العام خلال الأيام الماضية.

وكان الدكتور ضياء العوضي أثار جدلاً واسعاً في الأوساط الطبية ، إذ تبنّى خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية، آراء طبية مثيرة للجدل، أوجزها في ” نظام الطيبات”، حيث أعلن في مناسبات عدة معارضته للطرق العلاجية التقليدية في سلسلة مقاطع فيديو ومناسبات عدة، ما دفع نقابة الأطباء إلى شطب عضويته.

In a development that ended the speculation, the Emirati authorities confirmed in their medical report that Al-Awadi’s death was due to a sudden heart attack, emphasizing that there is no suspicion of foul play.
The Egyptian consulate in Dubai had received the report and immediately began completing the necessary procedures to transfer the body to Cairo.

A statement from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated that the consular sector informed the family of the deceased about the results of the medical report, confirming that the death was entirely natural.
The statement noted that the General Consulate in Dubai is working to finalize all procedures as quickly as possible, in preparation for transferring the body to Egypt shortly.
