بين الفرصة.. والاستحقاق – أخبار السعودية – ن والقلم

حين نتحدث مرة أخرى

ونكمل ما بداناه في مقال سابق

عن الفرص الوظيفية..!

فإننا لا نتحدث عن بابٍ يُفتح..

بل عن طريقٍ يُمهّد..

ومسارٍ يُبنى عليه مستقبل..

وفي وطنٍ بحجم الطموح..

الذي نعيشه اليوم..

لم تعد الفرصة نادرة..

بل أصبحت بفضل الله

ثم توجيه القيادة الحكيمة..

تتشكّل..

وتتوسع.. وتتجدّد..

بفضل ما تشهده المملكة

من مشاريع كبرى..

وبرامج نوعية..

ودعمٍ مستمر من القيادة الرشيدة -حفظها الله-

التي وضعت الإنسان..

في قلب التنمية..

ومع هذا الحراك الكبير..

يبرز سؤالٌ هادئ..

لكنه في اعتقادي.. مهم وهو:

هل تصل الفرصة

إلى من يستحقها؟

لا أحد يُنكر..

أن سوق العمل اليوم أكثر انفتاحاً..

وأكثر تنافسية..

وتستقطب كفاءاتٍ من مختلف

أنحاء العالم..

وهذا أمرٌ طبيعي في اقتصادٍ

يسير نحو العالمية..

لكن..

في المقابل..

لدينا كفاءات وطنية..

تأهلت.. وتعلمت..

واكتسبت الخبرة..

وتنتظر أن تجد..

«موقعها الطبيعي»..

وهنا..

لا يكون الحديث عن تفضيل..

ولا عن إقصاء..

بل عن توازن..

وبين الاستحقاق..

والوصول..

كم من شابٍ أو شابة..

يملك القدرة..

لكن لا يصل إلى الفرصة..

وكم من فرصة…

قد لا تجد الطريق إلى من

هو الأجدر بها..

وهنا تتشكّل فجوة صغيرة

في ظاهرها..

لكن أثرها كبير..

فالمسألة ليست فقط في وجود الفرص..

بل في آليات الوصول إليها..!

إذاً..

ما الذي يمكن أن يُكمل الصورة؟

ليس المطلوب تغيير المسار..

بل تحسين تفاصيله:

• تعزيز الشفافية في الإعلان عن الفرص

• وضوح معايير الاختيار

• تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية من الوصول والمنافسة

• ربط الأداء الحقيقي بالفرص المتاحة

فحين تكون المعايير واضحة،

يطمئن الجميع..

وتُختصر المسافات..

ورسالة هادئة.. إلى

أبنائنا وبناتنا:

بأن.. لا يبحثوا عن طريقٍ مختصر..

ولا ينتظروا تفضيلاً..

بل يسعون إلى فرصة عادلة..

تُقاس فيها الكفاءة.. كما ينبغي.

وما نراه منهم اليوم..

من إصرارٍ وصبر..

هو دليل ثقة..

وبأن القادم أفضل..

وخاتمتي كالعادة..

مسك الفرصة..

حين تُمنح لمستحقها..

لا تُغيّر مسار فردٍ فقط..

بل تُسهم في بناء وطن..

وما بين الفرصة.. والاستحقاق

مسافةٌ صغيرة..

لكنها تصنع فرقاً كبيراً..

فحين يلتقي الجهد بالعدل..

والطموح بالمكان..

نكون قد وضعنا كل شيء..

في موضعه ومكانه.. الصحيح..

وهنا:

لا نبحث عن أكثر من ذلك.

When we talk again

and continue what we started in a previous article

about job opportunities..!

We are not talking about a door being opened..

but about a path being paved..

and a course that builds a future..

In a homeland as vast as the ambition..

that we live today..

opportunities are no longer rare..

but have become, thanks to God

and the guidance of wise leadership..

shaped..

expanded.. and renewed..

thanks to the major projects

and quality programs

and continuous support from the prudent leadership – may God protect it –

which has placed people..

at the heart of development..

With this great movement..

a quiet question arises..

but in my opinion.. it is important and it is:

Does the opportunity

reach those who deserve it?

No one denies..

that the job market today is more open..

and more competitive..

attracting talents from various

parts of the world..

This is a natural thing in an economy

moving towards globalization..

But..

on the other hand..

we have national talents..

who have qualified.. learned..

and gained experience..

and are waiting to find..

their “natural place”..

Here..

the discussion is not about preference..

nor about exclusion..

but about balance..

between entitlement..

and access..

How many young men or women..

have the ability..

but do not reach the opportunity..

and how many opportunities…

may not find their way to those

who are more deserving of them..

Here a small gap forms

on the surface..

but its impact is significant..

The issue is not just about the existence of opportunities..

but about the mechanisms to access them..!

So..

what can complete the picture?

It is not required to change the course..

but to improve its details:

• Enhancing transparency in announcing opportunities

• Clarity of selection criteria

• Empowering national talents to access and compete

• Linking actual performance to available opportunities

When the criteria are clear,

everyone feels assured..

and distances are shortened..

And a quiet message.. to

our sons and daughters:

that.. they should not look for a shortcut..

nor wait for preference..

but strive for a fair opportunity..

where competence is measured.. as it should be.

What we see from them today..

of determination and patience..

is a sign of confidence..

and that the future is better..

And my conclusion, as usual..

is to seize the opportunity..

when it is granted to its rightful owner..

it does not just change the course of an individual..

but contributes to building a nation..

And between opportunity.. and entitlement

there is a small distance..

but it makes a big difference..

When effort meets justice..

and ambition meets the place..

we have placed everything..

in its correct position and place..

And here:

we do not seek more than that.
