أحالت النيابة العامة في مصر، مصوراً إلى المحاكمة لإتهامه بنشر صورة مسيئة للفنانة ريهام عبدالغفور خلال حضورها عرض فيلمها «خريطة رأس السنة»، وذلك بعد انتهاء التحقيقات في البلاغ المقدم من محاميها، الذي أكد قيام المتهم بالترويج للصورة بما يضر بسمعتها.
بلاغ أكتوبر
وتقدم محامي عبدالغفور، شعبان سعيد، ببلاغ إلى النيابة العامة في أكتوبر، ضد مجهول قام بنشر صورة مسيئة للفنانة ريهام خلال حضورها العرض الخاص لفيلم «خريطة رأس السنة».
وأثبتت التحقيقات تورط المتهم في نشر الصورة والتعليق عليها بعبارات تضمنت سباً وقذفاً وإساءة لسمعة الفنانة، ما دفع جهات التحقيق إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
«يوم أسود»
وفوجئت الفنانة ريهام عبدالغفور، في ديسمبر الماضي، بتداول صور لها بشكل غير لائق خلال العرض الخاص بفيلمها «خريطة رأس السنة»، وعلقت في حينها عبر حسابها على فيسبوك: «كان يوماً أسود عندما أصبحت الهواتف مزودة بكاميرات، ما أتاح الفرصة لكائنات حقيرة للتغذية على أهداف رخيصة».
من جانبها أكدت نقابة المهن التمثيلية، عدم التهاون مع أي صفحات غير مسؤولة تشوّه سمعة مصر أو تسيء للفنانين المصريين عبر التقاط صور أو مقاطع فيديو دون إذن ونشرها بصورة مسيئة أو خارج سياقها.
وأوضح النقيب أشرف زكي، بأن النقابة بدأت في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة ضد المتورطين في هذه الوقائع.
The Public Prosecution in Egypt has referred a photographer to trial for allegedly publishing an offensive image of the artist Riham Abdel Ghafour during her attendance at the screening of her film “New Year’s Eve Map,” following the conclusion of investigations into the complaint filed by her lawyer, who confirmed that the accused promoted the image in a way that harms her reputation.
October Complaint
Abdel Ghafour’s lawyer, Shaaban Said, filed a complaint with the Public Prosecution in October against an unknown individual who published an offensive image of the artist Riham during her attendance at the private screening of the film “New Year’s Eve Map.”
The investigations confirmed the accused’s involvement in publishing the image and commenting on it with phrases that included insults and slander, which harmed the artist’s reputation, prompting the investigative authorities to take the necessary legal actions.
“A Black Day”
The artist Riham Abdel Ghafour was shocked last December by the circulation of inappropriate images of her during the private screening of her film “New Year’s Eve Map,” and at the time she commented on her Facebook account: “It was a black day when phones became equipped with cameras, allowing vile creatures to feed on cheap targets.”
For its part, the Actors’ Syndicate confirmed that it will not tolerate any irresponsible pages that tarnish Egypt’s reputation or insult Egyptian artists by taking photos or videos without permission and publishing them in an offensive or out-of-context manner.
Syndicate head Ashraf Zaki clarified that the syndicate has begun taking the necessary legal actions against those involved in these incidents.
