يجلس باتوهان وسط قطيعه حاملاً آلة «الساز»، ويبدأ بالعزف والغناء الشعبي، زاعماً أن الأبقار ليست مجرد حيوانات صماء، بل هي «جمهور متذوق» يتفاعل مع الألحان. وبحسب ادعائه، فإن الموسيقى تعمل على:

Batuhan sits among his herd, holding the “saz,” and begins to play and sing folk songs, claiming that the cows are not just deaf animals, but rather an “appreciative audience” that interacts with the melodies. According to his claims, music works to:

While some see the idea as merely an innovative promotional tool for the farm, experts confirm that animals do indeed respond to calming auditory stimuli. However, Batuhan remains realistic, asserting that “symphonic meat” also requires excellent nutrition and exceptional cleanliness, claiming that music is the “magic secret” that places his farm at the forefront of competition.
For Batuhan, animal welfare comes with a beautiful melody, and creativity knows no bounds, even if the audience consists of a herd of cows in the heart of Anatolia.
