توّج عضو الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم نزيه النصر، فريق القادسية تحت 18 سنة بلقب الدوري السعودي الممتاز، بحضور عضو لجنة المسابقات الفيصل الخنيفر، ورئيس مجلس إدارة نادي القادسية بدر الرزيزاء، والرئيس التنفيذي جيمس بيسجروف.
وجاء التتويج بعد أن حسم القادسية لقب الدوري رسمياً قبل نهاية المنافسات بثلاث جولات، في موسم استثنائي قدّم خلاله الفريق مستويات فنية مميزة ونتائج لافتة أكدت تفوقه منذ البداية وحتى لحظة التتويج.
وتسلّم لاعبو القادسية كأس البطولة عقب نهاية المواجهة التي جمعتهم بفريق الهلال ضمن منافسات الجولة الـ33، وانتهت بفوز القادسية بهدفين دون مقابل، سجلهما اللاعبان فهاد الشمري وراكان مجرشي.
ويواصل القادسية موسمه متصدراً جدول الترتيب برصيد 84 نقطة، بعدما خاض 33 مباراة حقق خلالها 27 انتصاراً، مقابل 3 تعادلات و3 خسائر فقط.
وسجل الفريق 94 هدفاً كأقوى خط هجوم في البطولة، بينما استقبلت شباكه 14 هدفاً فقط كأقوى خط دفاع، في انعكاس واضح للعمل الفني والتنظيمي الكبير داخل منظومة الفئات السنية بالنادي.
كما برز اللاعب فهاد الشمري هدافاً للفريق بعدما سجل 19 هدفاً خلال الموسم.
ويُعد جيل 2007 في القادسية أحد أبرز الأجيال التي فرضت حضورها على مستوى الفئات السنية، بعدما نجح هذا الجيل في تحقيق لقب الدوري السعودي الممتاز تحت 17 سنة خلال الموسم الماضي، قبل أن يواصل تألقه هذا الموسم بحصد لقب الدوري الممتاز تحت 18 سنة، في تأكيد واضح على جودة العمل الفني والتطوير المستمر داخل الأكاديمية.
كما يُعتبر هذا الفريق رافداً مهماً للمنتخبات الوطنية، بعدما شهد الموسم الحالي وجود 14 لاعباً من القادسية في مختلف معسكرات المنتخبات السعودية السنية، هم؛
فهد الحربي، عبدالله المحيسن، ياسر الظفيري، إلياس الشيخ أبو بكر، وسام الجهني، محمد النقيدان، سالم العصيمي، أبو بكر سعيد، طلال حارثي، باسل العبادي، محمد القحطاني، عمار الأحمدي، فهاد الشمري.
ويعكس هذا الحضور الكبير للاعبي القادسية في المنتخبات الوطنية حجم العمل القائم داخل الأكاديمية، والدور المتنامي للنادي في صناعة المواهب وتطوير اللاعبين القادرين على تمثيل الكرة السعودية مستقبلاً بأفضل صورة.
Member of the Saudi Football Federation, Nazeer Al-Nasr, crowned the Al-Qadisiyah U18 team with the title of the Saudi Professional League, in the presence of the member of the Competitions Committee, Faisal Al-Khnefer, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Qadisiyah Club, Badr Al-Raziza, and the CEO, James Bisgrove.
The crowning came after Al-Qadisiyah officially secured the league title three rounds before the end of the competition, in an exceptional season during which the team presented remarkable technical levels and impressive results that confirmed its superiority from the beginning until the moment of the crowning.
The players of Al-Qadisiyah received the championship trophy after the end of the match against Al-Hilal in the 33rd round, which ended with Al-Qadisiyah winning by two goals to none, scored by players Fahad Al-Shammari and Rakan Majrashi.
Al-Qadisiyah continues its season at the top of the standings with 84 points, having played 33 matches in which it achieved 27 victories, along with 3 draws and only 3 losses.
The team scored 94 goals, making it the strongest attacking line in the tournament, while it conceded only 14 goals, having the strongest defensive line, reflecting the significant technical and organizational work within the youth categories of the club.
Player Fahad Al-Shammari emerged as the team’s top scorer after netting 19 goals during the season.
The 2007 generation at Al-Qadisiyah is considered one of the most prominent generations that has made its presence felt at the youth level, having succeeded in winning the Saudi Professional League title for U17 last season, before continuing its brilliance this season by clinching the U18 league title, clearly confirming the quality of the technical work and continuous development within the academy.
This team is also an important feeder for the national teams, as this current season saw 14 players from Al-Qadisiyah participating in various camps for the Saudi youth national teams, namely;
Fahd Al-Harbi, Abdullah Al-Muhaysin, Yasser Al-Dhafiri, Elias Al-Sheikh Abu Bakr, Wissam Al-Jahni, Mohammed Al-Naqeidan, Salem Al-Asimi, Abu Bakr Saeed, Talal Harithi, Basel Al-Abadi, Mohammed Al-Qahtani, Ammar Al-Ahmadi, Fahad Al-Shammari.
This significant presence of Al-Qadisiyah players in the national teams reflects the extent of the work being done within the academy and the growing role of the club in nurturing talents and developing players capable of representing Saudi football in the best possible way in the future.
