ألمح رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين اليمني الدكتور شائع الزنداني إلى تورط الحوثيين في جرائم الاغتيالات التي شهدتها عدن.
وقال الزنداني خلال ترؤسه الاجتماع الدوري لمجلس الوزراء في عدن اليوم (الأحد): «التطورات الأخيرة أثبتت أن المعركة مع الانقلاب الحوثي تمتد على كل الأصعدة، بما في ذلك محاولات استهداف الأمن، وضرب السكينة العامة والنيل من ثقة المواطنين بمؤسساتهم»، مؤكداً أن جريمتي اغتيال القائم بأعمال المدير التنفيذي للصندوق الاجتماعي للتنمية وسام قايد ومدير مدارس النورس عبدالرحمن الشاعر، جرس إنذار بأن هناك من يعمل على زعزعة الأمن وضرب الاستقرار والثقة بالحكومة والمؤسسات الوطنية.
استهداف للأمن
واعتبر الزنداني، الجريمتين استهدافاً لفكرة الدولة وبيئة العمل المدني والتنموي، مثمناً جهود الأجهزة الأمنية في ملاحقة المتورطين والقبض عليهم ومقدراً جهود السلطات المحلية في تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار ولا سيما خطوط الإمداد والطرق الرئيسية بين المحافظات.
وطمأن الزنداني شركاء حكومته من المنظمات الدولية ومجتمع المانحين، بالتزام الحكومة بحماية العاملين في المجال التنموي، موضحاً أن مثل هذه الحوادث لن تثني الحكومة عن مواصلة برامج التنمية وتطبيع الأوضاع، بل ستزيدها إصراراً على ترسيخ الأمن وسيادة القانون.
وتعهد رئيس الوزراء اليمني بعدم السماح بأن تتحول العاصمة المؤقتة أو أي محافظة محررة إلى ساحة للفوضى أو تصفية الحسابات أو التخادم مع الانقلاب، مشيداً بما قامت وتقوم به السلطة المحلية في محافظة أبين كنموذج يحتذى به في الحزم وفرض سلطة القانون.
مكافحة الإرهاب
وشدد رئيس الوزراء على أن هذه المرحلة تتطلب مستوى عالياً من سرعة الاستجابة وكفاءة التنفيذ، بما يضمن تعزيز الأداء الحكومي وتحقيق النتائج المطلوبة، ووجه الوزارات والجهات المعنية بالتركيز على مهماتها ومسؤولياتها، والعمل على معالجة أي اختلالات بصورة مباشرة، مع مواكبة التطورات بتنسيق مستمر وتكامل فعال.
واستمع مجلس الوزراء إلى تقرير من وزير الداخلية حول مجمل الأوضاع الأمنية في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن والمحافظات المحررة، والإجراءات المتخذة لتعقب العناصر المتورطة في الجرائم الأخيرة، والخطط الأمنية الهادفة إلى تعزيز الاستقرار ورفع مستوى الجاهزية والتنسيق بين مختلف الوحدات والأجهزة الأمنية.
وأكد رئيس الوزراء دعمه الكامل للأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية للقيام بمهماتها في مكافحة الجريمة والإرهاب، والتصدي لكل محاولات زعزعة الأمن أو نشر الفوضى والإخلال بالنظام العام، مشدداً على ضرورة حماية أرواح المواطنين، وفرض الأمن، وتعزيز هيبة الدولة، التي تمثل مسؤولية مباشرة لا يمكن التهاون فيها.
ووجه المجلس وزارة الداخلية والأجهزة المختصة بمضاعفة الجهود الأمنية والاستخباراتية، وتعزيز التنسيق مع السلطات المحلية والأجهزة القضائية، والعمل وفق خطة متكاملة لترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار ومنع أي اختلالات تمس حياة المواطنين أو تعطل مصالحهم اليومية.
ملف الخدمات وصرف المرتبات
وأكد الزنداني أن ملف الأمن والخدمات يأتي في مقدمة الأولويات، باعتبارهما الركيزة الأساسية لاستقرار الدولة وتعزيز ثقة المواطنين بمؤسساتها.
وتطرق رئيس الوزراء إلى ملف الخدمات والتحديات المرتبطة بالكهرباء، وتوفير الوقود، وانتظام صرف الرواتب، وما تقوم به الحكومة لتجاوز هذه التحديات عبر مواصلة تنفيذ حزمة من الإصلاحات الاقتصادية والإدارية بما يسهم في تحسين الأوضاع المعيشية وتحقيق نتائج ملموسة خلال الفترة القادمة، موجهاً الوزارات المعنية بتقديم حلول عاجلة وواقعية والعمل بروح الفريق الواحد، وتفعيل آليات الرقابة والمساءلة لضمان كفاءة الأداء، وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من الموارد المتاحة.
The Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Yemen, Dr. Shaea Al-Zandani, hinted at the involvement of the Houthis in the assassination crimes witnessed in Aden.
Al-Zandani stated during his chairing of the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers in Aden today (Sunday): “The recent developments have proven that the battle against the Houthi coup extends on all fronts, including attempts to target security, disrupt public tranquility, and undermine citizens’ trust in their institutions.” He emphasized that the assassinations of the acting executive director of the Social Fund for Development, Wissam Qa’id, and the director of Al-Nour Schools, Abdulrahman Al-Sha’er, serve as a wake-up call that there are those working to destabilize security and undermine trust in the government and national institutions.
Targeting Security
Al-Zandani considered the two crimes as an attack on the concept of the state and the environment for civil and developmental work, praising the efforts of security agencies in pursuing and apprehending those involved, and appreciating the efforts of local authorities in enhancing security and stability, especially along supply lines and main roads between provinces.
Al-Zandani reassured his government partners from international organizations and the donor community of the government’s commitment to protecting those working in the development field, clarifying that such incidents will not deter the government from continuing development programs and normalizing conditions; rather, they will increase its determination to establish security and the rule of law.
The Yemeni Prime Minister pledged not to allow the temporary capital or any liberated province to turn into a scene of chaos or settling scores or collusion with the coup, commending what the local authority in Abyan Governorate has done and is doing as a model to be emulated in decisiveness and enforcing the rule of law.
Counter-Terrorism
The Prime Minister emphasized that this stage requires a high level of responsiveness and execution efficiency, ensuring the enhancement of government performance and achieving the desired results. He directed ministries and relevant bodies to focus on their tasks and responsibilities and to address any imbalances directly, while keeping pace with developments through continuous coordination and effective integration.
The Council of Ministers listened to a report from the Minister of Interior regarding the overall security situation in the temporary capital Aden and the liberated provinces, the measures taken to track down those involved in the recent crimes, and the security plans aimed at enhancing stability and raising the level of readiness and coordination among various security units and agencies.
The Prime Minister affirmed his full support for the security and military agencies to carry out their tasks in combating crime and terrorism, and to confront all attempts to destabilize security or spread chaos and disrupt public order, stressing the necessity of protecting citizens’ lives, enforcing security, and enhancing the state’s authority, which represents a direct responsibility that cannot be neglected.
The Council directed the Ministry of Interior and the relevant agencies to double security and intelligence efforts, enhance coordination with local authorities and judicial bodies, and work according to a comprehensive plan to establish security and stability and prevent any disturbances affecting citizens’ lives or disrupting their daily interests.
Service File and Salary Disbursement
Al-Zandani confirmed that the security and services file comes at the forefront of priorities, as they are the fundamental pillars for the stability of the state and enhancing citizens’ trust in its institutions.
The Prime Minister addressed the service file and the challenges related to electricity, fuel provision, and the regular disbursement of salaries, and what the government is doing to overcome these challenges through the continued implementation of a package of economic and administrative reforms that contribute to improving living conditions and achieving tangible results in the coming period, directing the relevant ministries to provide urgent and realistic solutions and work in a spirit of teamwork, activating oversight and accountability mechanisms to ensure performance efficiency and maximize the benefit from available resources.
