أعلنت وزارة الصحة أن جولاتها الرقابية أسفرت عن رصد (130) مخالفة، وإغلاق (5) مؤسسات صحية مخالفة في كل من الرياض والمدينة المنورة وعسير، فيما تجاوز معدل الالتزام (91%)، في مؤشر يعكس كفاءة الرقابة وارتفاع مستوى الامتثال في القطاع الصحي، بما يواكب مستهدفات برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي المنبثق من رؤية السعودية 2030 في رفع جودة الرعاية الصحية وتعزيز سلامة المرضى.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن أعمالها الرقابية خلال أبريل 2026 شملت أكثر من (1500) منشأة صحية في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن هذه الجولات تأتي ضمن منظومة رقابية وتوعوية مستمرة على مدار العام، وتركز على المجالات الأكثر ارتباطاً بسلامة المستفيد، ومنها خدمات زراعة الشعر وإجراءات الليزر التجميلي، وشملت أعمال التفتيش التحقق من التراخيص النظامية للممارسين والمنشآت الصحية، ومدى الالتزام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى وسلامة الإجراءات الطبية، ومتابعة الامتيازات السريرية للممارسين، والتأكد من سلامة أجهزة الليزر وصيانتها الدورية، وتقديم الخدمات داخل منشآت مرخصة وبواسطة ممارسين صحيين مصنفين.
ورصدت عدداً من المخالفات، من أبرزها ممارسة المهنة دون ترخيص، وتجاوز نطاق الامتيازات السريرية، وإجراء عمليات زراعة الشعر دون ترخيص أو بواسطة طواقم تمريضية دون إشراف أطباء مختصين، إضافة إلى ملاحظات تتعلق بمكافحة العدوى، ونقص في الأدوية والتجهيزات الطبية اللازمة.
وأكدت وزارة الصحة تخصيص الرقم الموحد (937) لخدمة المستفيدين الذين سبق لهم تلقي خدمات لدى المنشآت المغلقة، لتقديم التوجيه الطبي اللازم، وإحالتهم إلى منشآت صحية معتمدة عند الحاجة، مشيرة إلى أن استكمال الإجراءات النظامية بحق المنشآت المخالفة يجري وفق الأنظمة واللوائح ذات العلاقة.
وبيّنت أن العقوبات المطبقة تشمل غرامات مالية تصل إلى (100) ألف ريال، وإغلاق المنشأة المخالفة وإيقاف نشاطها، إضافة إلى السجن لمدة تصل إلى (6) أشهر للممارسين غير النظاميين، وفق الأنظمة ذات العلاقة.
ودعت الوزارة المستفيدين إلى التحقق من ترخيص المنشآت الصحية وتصنيف الممارسين قبل تلقي الخدمات، والتأكد من إجراء الخدمات التجميلية تحت إشراف طبيب مختص، والالتزام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى، وتوافر التجهيزات الطبية المعتمدة، مشيرةً إلى إمكانية التحقق والإبلاغ عن المخالفات عبر الرقم (937)، مؤكدة استمرار جهودها تحت شعار «رقابة تساند» لضمان بيئة صحية آمنة وتعزيز ثقة المجتمع في الخدمات الصحية المقدمة.
The Ministry of Health announced that its inspection rounds resulted in the detection of (130) violations and the closure of (5) violating health institutions in Riyadh, Medina, and Asir, while the compliance rate exceeded (91%), reflecting the efficiency of oversight and the high level of compliance in the health sector, in line with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program derived from Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance the quality of healthcare and improve patient safety.
The ministry indicated that its regulatory activities during April 2026 included more than (1500) health facilities across various regions of the Kingdom.
The ministry clarified that these rounds are part of a continuous regulatory and awareness system throughout the year, focusing on areas most related to beneficiary safety, including hair transplant services and cosmetic laser procedures. The inspection activities included verifying the legal licenses of practitioners and health facilities, the extent of compliance with infection control standards and the safety of medical procedures, monitoring the clinical privileges of practitioners, ensuring the safety of laser devices and their regular maintenance, and providing services within licensed facilities by classified health practitioners.
A number of violations were noted, the most prominent of which included practicing the profession without a license, exceeding the scope of clinical privileges, and performing hair transplant operations without a license or by nursing staff without the supervision of specialized doctors, in addition to observations related to infection control, and a shortage of necessary medications and medical equipment.
The Ministry of Health confirmed the allocation of the unified number (937) for the benefit of those who have previously received services from the closed facilities, to provide the necessary medical guidance and refer them to accredited health facilities when needed, noting that the completion of legal procedures against the violating facilities is carried out in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
It indicated that the penalties applied include financial fines of up to (100) thousand riyals, the closure of the violating facility and the suspension of its activity, in addition to imprisonment for up to (6) months for unlicensed practitioners, according to the relevant regulations.
The ministry urged beneficiaries to verify the licensing of health facilities and the classification of practitioners before receiving services, to ensure that cosmetic services are performed under the supervision of a specialized doctor, to adhere to infection control standards, and to ensure the availability of approved medical equipment, noting the possibility of verification and reporting violations via the number (937), reaffirming its ongoing efforts under the slogan “Oversight Supports” to ensure a safe health environment and enhance community trust in the health services provided.
