في خطوة واعدة وتجربة مُلهمة في قطاع الطاقة تم تنفيذ برنامج مشكاة التفاعلي بالتعاون مع جمعية الطاقة للتنمية المستدامة بجدة، مستهدفاً أكثر من 800 طالب وطالبة بمرحلتي الابتدائية والمتوسطة، لتؤكد أن المواطن في نظر القيادة عماد التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة والمستدامة، وركيزة أساسية في النهضة التنموية، وتحقيق الإنجازات في مختلف المجالات والقطاعات الواعدة.
جاء مشكاة التفاعلي بوصفه تجربةً تربويةً وتنمويةً جديرة بالإشادة، في زمنٍ تتسارع فيه التحوّلات المعرفية والتقنية، وتزداد فيه الحاجة إلى بناء وعيٍ جديد لدى الأجيال الصاعدة، تبرز المبادرات التعليمية والتوعوية بوصفها استثماراً حقيقياً في الإنسان، لا يقل أهمية عن الاستثمار في البنية التحتية والاقتصاد أو التقنية.
الرقم الكبير للمستهدفين في البرنامج لا يمثل مجرد إحصائية عابرة، بل يعكس حجم الرؤية والطموح اللذين يقفان خلف المشروع؛ فالوصول إلى أكثر من 800 طالب وطالبة يعني أن مئات العقول الصغيرة قد جرى طرق أبوابها بالمعرفة، ومئات الأرواح تم تحفيزها للتفكير والتفاعل والانفتاح على مفاهيم التنمية والطاقة والوعي البيئي والسلوك الإيجابي وحجم الأثر الذي تتركه في الوعي والسلوك والخيال.
برنامج لم يأتِ في قالبٍ تقليدي جامد يعتمد على التلقين المباشر، بل انطلق من مفهوم (التفاعل)، وهو أحد أهم أساليب التعليم الحديثة في عالم اليوم.
فالدراسات التربوية تؤكد أن الطفل يتعلم بصورة أعمق عبر المشاركة والتجربة والحوار والأنشطة التطبيقية، أكثر من اعتماده على الاستماع السلبي للمعلومة.
فالبرامج التفاعلية من أنجح الأدوات المستخدمة في غرس المفاهيم العلمية والقيم السلوكية للنشء، وتعكس فهماً متقدّماً لطبيعة الجيل الجديد؛ جيل الصورة والتقنية والتفاعل السريع.
نجاح البرنامج يكمن في الفكرة ذاتها، وإدراك القائمين عليه أن بناء الإنسان يبدأ مبكراً، وأن ترسيخ مفاهيم الاستدامة والطاقة والوعي البيئي في عقل الطفل يمثل خطوة إستراتيجية بعيدة المدى.
المبادرة القيّمة من وزارة الطاقة تكشف وعياً بمتطلبات المرحلة المقبلة من مسيرة المملكة في ظل رؤية 2030، وقراءة واعية لكلمات ولي العهد الأمين، حين قال -حفظه الله-
(المواطن السعودي أعظم شيء تملكه السعودية للنجاح، وأنه بدون المواطن لا نستطيع أن نحقق أيّ شيء من الذي حققناه).
الشراكة مع جمعية الطاقة للتنمية المستدامة تمنح المشروع بعداً مؤسسياً مهماً، لأن قضايا الطاقة والاستدامة لم تعد موضوعات نخبوية تُناقش داخل المؤتمرات بل أصبحت جزءاً من تشكيل ثقافة المجتمع ووعيه اليومي.
العالم يتجه نحو ترسيخ ثقافة الاستدامة، وتقليل الهدر، وتعزيز المسؤولية البيئية، وإعداد أجيالٍ قادرة على فهم التحديات المستقبلية المرتبطة بالطاقة والمناخ والموارد.
أجمل ما في المشروع أنه اختار الفئة العمرية الأكثر قابلية للتشكيل والبناء. فهي تمثل التربة الأولى التي تُغرس فيها الأفكار والقيم، وكل جهد يُبذل فيها ينعكس لاحقاً على المجتمع بأكمله.
الطفل الذي يتعلم اليوم قيمة المحافظة على الطاقة، وأهمية البيئة، وثقافة التنمية المستدامة، سيكون غداً مواطناً أكثر وعياً ومسؤولية.
البرنامج حقّق هذا الجانب، بدليل حجم المشاركة والتفاعل، وهو ما يعكس وجود فريق عمل مؤمن بالفكرة، وقادر على تحويل الرسائل المعرفية إلى تجربة ممتعة وملهمة للطلاب والطالبات، فمثل هذه المبادرات الصغيرة الذكية تُشعل شمعةً في عقل طفل.
ومن هنا تبدو قيمة (مشكاة التفاعلي)، بأنه مشروع وعيٍ حقيقي يراهن على المستقبل، ويؤمن بأن التنمية المستدامة تبدأ من بناء الإنسان الواعي.
مبادرة استشرافية تنسجم مع سعي وزارة الطاقة ووزيرها الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سلمان لتعزيز نسبة التوطين في منظومة الطاقة، والوصول إلى ما نسبته 75% من مكوّنات القطاع بحلول عام 2030.
التقدير لكل من أسهم في هذا العمل النبيل؛ فكرةً وتنظيماً وتنفيذاً ودعماً، اختاروا أن يزرعوا المعرفة في العقول الصغيرة، وأن يفتحوا نوافذ الضوء أمام جيلٍ يحتاج إلى من يأخذ بيده نحو العلم والوعي والإبداع.
وتلك في الحقيقة أعظم الرسائل التي يمكن أن تقدّمها المؤسسات المجتمعية والتنموية للأوطان.
فهل سنرى مبادرات جديدة وفريدة ومتفردة في هذا المضمار من كافة القطاعات الأخرى ليساقط علينا رطب الرؤية جنياً؟
In a promising step and an inspiring experience in the energy sector, the interactive Mishkat program was implemented in collaboration with the Energy Association for Sustainable Development in Jeddah, targeting more than 800 male and female students in the elementary and middle school stages. This confirms that the citizen, in the eyes of the leadership, is the cornerstone of comprehensive and sustainable economic development and a fundamental pillar in developmental progress, achieving accomplishments in various promising fields and sectors.
The interactive Mishkat program came as a commendable educational and developmental experience at a time when knowledge and technological transformations are accelerating, and the need to build a new awareness among the rising generations is increasing. Educational and awareness initiatives emerge as a true investment in human capital, no less important than investing in infrastructure, the economy, or technology.
The large number of targets in the program does not represent just a passing statistic; it reflects the magnitude of the vision and ambition behind the project. Reaching more than 800 students means that hundreds of young minds have been opened to knowledge, and hundreds of souls have been motivated to think, interact, and embrace concepts of development, energy, environmental awareness, and positive behavior, as well as the impact they leave on awareness, behavior, and imagination.
This program did not come in a rigid traditional mold relying on direct lecturing; rather, it started from the concept of (interaction), which is one of the most important modern teaching methods in today’s world.
Educational studies confirm that children learn more deeply through participation, experience, dialogue, and practical activities, rather than relying on passive listening to information.
Interactive programs are among the most successful tools used to instill scientific concepts and behavioral values in the youth, reflecting an advanced understanding of the nature of the new generation; a generation of images, technology, and rapid interaction.
The success of the program lies in the idea itself and the recognition of those in charge that building a person starts early, and that instilling concepts of sustainability, energy, and environmental awareness in a child’s mind represents a strategic long-term step.
The valuable initiative from the Ministry of Energy reveals an awareness of the requirements of the upcoming phase in the Kingdom’s journey under Vision 2030 and a conscious reading of the words of the Crown Prince, may God protect him, when he said:
(The Saudi citizen is the greatest asset that Saudi Arabia possesses for success, and without the citizen, we cannot achieve anything of what we have accomplished).
The partnership with the Energy Association for Sustainable Development gives the project an important institutional dimension, as issues of energy and sustainability are no longer elite topics discussed within conferences but have become part of shaping the culture and daily awareness of society.
The world is moving towards establishing a culture of sustainability, reducing waste, enhancing environmental responsibility, and preparing generations capable of understanding future challenges related to energy, climate, and resources.
The most beautiful aspect of the project is that it chose the age group most amenable to shaping and building. They represent the fertile ground where ideas and values are planted, and every effort made in this regard will later reflect on the entire community.
A child who learns today the value of conserving energy, the importance of the environment, and the culture of sustainable development will be a more aware and responsible citizen tomorrow.
The program has achieved this aspect, as evidenced by the level of participation and interaction, which reflects the presence of a team that believes in the idea and is capable of transforming knowledge messages into an enjoyable and inspiring experience for students. Such small, smart initiatives ignite a candle in a child’s mind.
From here, the value of (Mishkat Interactive) appears as a true awareness project that bets on the future and believes that sustainable development begins with building an aware human being.
An anticipatory initiative that aligns with the efforts of the Ministry of Energy and its Minister, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, to enhance the localization rate in the energy sector, aiming to reach 75% of the sector’s components by 2030.
Appreciation goes to everyone who contributed to this noble work; in idea, organization, execution, and support, choosing to plant knowledge in young minds and open windows of light for a generation that needs someone to guide them towards knowledge, awareness, and creativity.
And this, in fact, is the greatest message that community and developmental institutions can offer to their nations.
Will we see new, unique, and distinctive initiatives in this field from all other sectors, so that the fruits of the vision may fall upon us?
