أسدلت الفنانة المصرية شيرين عبدالوهاب الستار على خلافها مع شقيقها محمد، بعدما تنازلت عن جميع القضايا المتبادلة بينهما، في خطوة تهدف إلى إنهاء الأزمة الأسرية التي استمرت خلال الفترة الماضية، وجاء آخر هذه القضايا مرتبطاً بحكم صادر بسجن شقيقها 6 أشهر، بتهمة التعدي عليها، قبل أن تتراجع شيرين عن استكمال الإجراءات القانونية وتقرر إنهاء النزاع بشكلٍ ودي.
تنازل متكرر
ولم تكن هذه المرة الأولى التي تتنازل فيها شيرين عن قضايا ضد شقيقها محمد عبدالوهاب، إذ سبق لها التنازل عن قضيتين أخريين خلال الفترات الماضية، وذلك لأسباب عائلية ورغبةً منها في الحفاظ على الروابط الأسرية وإنهاء الخلافات داخل العائلة، خصوصاً أن شيرين تعمل في الفترة الحالية على الابتعاد عن أي أزمات سواء عائلية أو فنية.
تفاصيل الحكم القضائي
وقررت محكمة جنح المقطم، مارس الماضي، سجن محمد عبدالوهاب، شقيق الفنانة شيرين، لمدة 6 أشهر، مع إلزامه بدفع كفالة مالية قدرها 2000 جنيه، وذلك على خلفية اتهامه بالتعدي عليها وإتلاف محتويات منزلها، إذ تم اتهام شقيق الفنانة بالتعدي عليها داخل مسكنها بمنطقة المقطم، إلى جانب إحداث تلفيات بمحتويات الشقة، وهو ما دفعها إلى تحرير محضر بالواقعة واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حياله.
The Egyptian artist Sherine Abdel Wahab has put an end to her dispute with her brother Mohamed, after she dropped all the mutual lawsuits between them, in a move aimed at resolving the family crisis that has persisted over the past period. The latest of these lawsuits was related to a ruling sentencing her brother to 6 months in prison on charges of assaulting her, before Sherine decided to withdraw from the legal proceedings and resolve the dispute amicably.
Repeated Withdrawal
This was not the first time Sherine had dropped lawsuits against her brother Mohamed Abdel Wahab, as she had previously withdrawn from two other cases in the past, for family reasons and her desire to maintain family ties and end disputes within the family, especially since Sherine is currently working on distancing herself from any crises, whether familial or artistic.
Details of the Court Ruling
The Mokattem Misdemeanor Court decided last March to imprison Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Sherine’s brother, for 6 months, and required him to pay a financial bail of 2000 Egyptian pounds, following accusations of assaulting her and damaging the contents of her home. Her brother was accused of assaulting her inside her residence in the Mokattem area, as well as causing damage to the apartment’s contents, which prompted her to file a report about the incident and take legal action against him.
