بين الحرم المكي والمسجد النبوي؛ تحرَّكت الأفواج والحشود بأعراقها وثقافاتها ولغاتها وبلدانها المختلفة في تناغم وتكامل، ففي موسم العمرة (2025-2026)؛ اعتمر نحو 18 مليون معتمر. وفي موسم الحج الماضي (1446هـ/2025)؛ وصل نحو 1.6 مليون حاج، وكلهم قُدِّمت لهم خدمات متنوعة عالية المستوى؛ أدارها السعوديون بفعالية وكفاءة على امتداد الفترات الموسمية المتتالية منذ إنشاء المملكة.
وكطبيب سأتحدث في هذه العجالة عن ملحمة طبية إنسانية أبطالها كوادر سعودية سخَّرت العلم والمهارات الطبية التكنولوجيا الحديثة لرعاية صحية عالية.
إن «طب الحشود» في المدينتين المقدستين والمشاعر شاهد على طموح «رؤية 2030»، التي جعلت من خدمة الحاج والمعتمر أولوية قصوى، فنحن لا نقدّم رعاية طبية فحسب، بل رسالة طمأنينة للعالم أجمع، مؤكدين أن المملكة ستبقى «الحصن الصحي» والوجهة الآمنة لكل ضيف.
لقد أصبحت التجربة السعودية في إدارة الحشود مدرسة وعلامة فارقة عالمياً، وقصة نجاح بامتياز، ونموذجا يُحتذى به في المحافل الدولية. وبذلك؛ تثبت السعودية للعالم أجمع أنها الحصن والراعي الأمين لكل معتمر وحاج.
إذن؛ هي رسالة طمأنينة تقول: صحتك في أيدٍ أمينة، برعاية من قلبٍ مخلص، وبإدارة ذات فعالية وكفاءة.
Between the Holy Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet’s Mosque; crowds and groups moved with their diverse races, cultures, languages, and countries in harmony and integration. In the Umrah season (2025-2026), around 18 million pilgrims performed Umrah. In the last Hajj season (1446 AH/2025), approximately 1.6 million pilgrims arrived, all of whom received various high-level services managed effectively and efficiently by Saudis throughout the consecutive seasonal periods since the establishment of the Kingdom.

The “crowd medicine” in the two holy cities and the sacred sites is a testament to the ambition of “Vision 2030,” which has made serving the pilgrim and Umrah performer a top priority. We do not just provide medical care; we offer a message of reassurance to the entire world, affirming that the Kingdom will remain the “health fortress” and a safe destination for every guest.
The Saudi experience in crowd management has become a global model and a remarkable success story, setting a standard to be emulated in international forums. Thus, Saudi Arabia proves to the whole world that it is the fortress and the trustworthy guardian of every Umrah performer and pilgrim.
Therefore, it is a message of reassurance that says: Your health is in safe hands, cared for by a sincere heart, and managed with effectiveness and efficiency.
