اطّلع وزير الداخلية رئيس لجنة الحج العليا الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، اليوم (الخميس)، على منظومة العمل التشغيلية والتقنيات الذكية بالمركز العام للنقل التابع للهيئة الملكية لمدينة مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة، وذلك ضمن جولاته الميدانية لمتابعة جاهزية منظومة النقل خلال موسم حج 1447.
واستمع وزير الداخلية إلى شرحٍ قدمه الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة الملكية لمدينة مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة المهندس صالح بن إبراهيم الرشيد عن آليات متابعة وإدارة عمليات نقل الحجاج في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة، ودور الأنظمة الرقمية في دعم اتخاذ القرار ورفع كفاءة التشغيل الميداني خلال موسم الحج، وذلك خلال اطلاعه على غرفة التحكم والتشغيل بالمركز.
كما اطّلع وزير الداخلية رئيس لجنة الحج العليا على الحلول التقنية المعتمدة في مجالات التحول الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي، وآليات الاستفادة من البيانات اللحظية والتحليلات الذكية لتعزيز انسيابية حركة النقل، وسرعة الاستجابة التشغيلية.
واستمع وزير الداخلية إلى إيجاز عن مستوى التكامل التقني بين الجهات ذات العلاقة، والخطط التشغيلية الهادفة إلى تعزيز كفاءة منظومة النقل بالمشاعر المقدسة، بما يسهم في تحسين تجربة ضيوف الرحمن وتمكينهم من التنقل وأداء مناسكهم بيسر وطمأنينة.
حضر الزيارة مساعد وزير الداخلية الدكتور هشام بن عبدالرحمن الفالح، ووكيل وزارة الداخلية الدكتور خالد بن محمد البتال، ومدير عام مكتب الوزير للدراسات والبحوث اللواء خالد بن إبراهيم العروان.
The Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, today (Thursday), reviewed the operational work system and smart technologies at the General Transport Center affiliated with the Royal Commission for the City of Mecca and the Holy Sites, as part of his field tours to monitor the readiness of the transport system during the Hajj season of 1447.
The Minister of Interior listened to an explanation presented by the CEO of the Royal Commission for the City of Mecca and the Holy Sites, Engineer Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheed, regarding the mechanisms for monitoring and managing the transportation operations of pilgrims in Mecca and the Holy Sites, and the role of digital systems in supporting decision-making and enhancing the efficiency of field operations during the Hajj season, while he was briefed on the control and operation room at the center.
The Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee also reviewed the technological solutions adopted in the fields of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, and the mechanisms for utilizing real-time data and smart analytics to enhance the smooth flow of transport and the speed of operational response.
The Minister of Interior listened to a briefing on the level of technical integration between the relevant entities, and the operational plans aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the transport system in the Holy Sites, which contributes to improving the experience of the guests of Allah and enabling them to move and perform their rituals with ease and reassurance.
Attending the visit were the Assistant Minister of Interior, Dr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al-Falih, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Battal, and the Director General of the Minister’s Office for Studies and Research, Major General Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Arwan.
