أكد لـ«عكاظ» مصدر مقرب من نادي الاتحاد أن المهاجم المغربي يوسف النصيري لن يكون ضمن حسابات الفريق الكروي الأول، وجارٍ التخلص منه خلال بيع عقده في الفترة الصيفية الحالية، والتعاقد مع مهاجم يشكل إضافة فنية للفريق الاتحادي الذي تنتظره استحقاق محلية وقارية في الموسم القادم.
وكان نادي الاتحاد تعاقد مع اللاعب يوسف النصيري خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية في يناير الماضي، بعقد يمتد حتى العام 2028، قادماً من نادي فنر بخشة التركي، وجاء التعاقد معه بديلاً للنجم الفرنسي كريم بنزيما، الذي رحل إلى الهلال خلال في فترة الانتقالات الشتوية الماضية.
هذا وخلت قائمة المنتخب المغربي التي ستشارك في كأس العالم 2026 من المهاجم يوسف النصيري، وجاء قرار استبعاد اللاعب من قائمة «أسود الأطلس» وفق تأكيدات مدرب منتخب المغرب محمد وهبي لأسباب فنية وتكتيكية وليس بسبب الإصابة، مبيناً أن قراره يعود إلى عدم رغبته في ضم عدد كبير جداً من المهاجمين، مع تأكيده على أن اللاعب سيبقى محل متابعة مستمرة في حال الحاجة الفنية إليه.
A source close to Al-Ittihad Club confirmed to “Okaz” that Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri will not be part of the first football team’s plans, and efforts are underway to offload him by selling his contract during the current summer transfer period, and to sign a striker who will provide a technical boost to the Al-Ittihad team, which has local and continental commitments in the upcoming season.
Al-Ittihad Club signed player Youssef En-Nesyri during the winter transfer window last January, with a contract extending until 2028, coming from Turkish club Fenerbahçe. His signing was made as a replacement for French star Karim Benzema, who moved to Al-Hilal during the last winter transfer period.
Additionally, the list of the Moroccan national team participating in the 2026 World Cup did not include striker Youssef En-Nesyri. The decision to exclude the player from the “Atlas Lions” squad was confirmed by Morocco’s coach Mohamed Wahbi for technical and tactical reasons, not due to injury, indicating that his decision stemmed from a desire not to include a very large number of strikers, while assuring that the player will remain under continuous observation should he be needed for technical reasons.
