فيما عاد اليوم «الثلاثاء»، ستة ملايين ونصف المليون من طلاب وطالبات التعليم العام بمدارس البنين والبنات في مناطق ومحافظات السعودية إلى مقاعد الدراسة لاستكمال أعمال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي الحالي بعد تمتعهم بإجازة عيد الأضحى، بدأت المدارس الاستعدادات لبدء الاختبارات التحريرية لنهاية الفصل الدراسي الثاني لكافة الإدارات التعليمية في المملكة يوم الثامن والعشرين من شهر ذي الحجة الحالي، عدا إدارات التعليم في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة وجدة والطائف، إذ ستبدأ اختباراتهم التحريرية في السادس من شهر محرم القادم، على أن تبدأ الإجازة الصيفية لكافة الإدارات بنهاية دوام يوم العاشر من شهر محرم القادم لعام 1448هـ، فيما ستبدأ الإجازة الصيفية لمدارس الإدارات التعليمية في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة وجدة والطائف بنهاية دوام يوم السابع عشر من شهر محرم.
Today, “Tuesday,” six and a half million students from general education in boys’ and girls’ schools across various regions and governorates of Saudi Arabia returned to their classrooms to continue the second semester of the current academic year after enjoying the Eid al-Adha holiday. Schools have begun preparations for the written exams for the end of the second semester for all educational administrations in the Kingdom, starting on the twenty-eighth of the current month of Dhul-Hijjah, except for the educational administrations in Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, and Taif, where their written exams will begin on the sixth of the upcoming month of Muharram. The summer vacation for all administrations will start at the end of the working day on the tenth of Muharram of the year 1448 AH, while the summer vacation for schools in the educational administrations of Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, and Taif will begin at the end of the working day on the seventeenth of Muharram.
