في الأندية الكبيرة لا يمكن تجاهل صوت الجمهور أو التقليل من قيمته؛ لأن الجماهير هي الأساس الحقيقي لأي كيان، وهي من تصنع الهيبة وتحافظ على التاريخ. وعندما يصل جمهور الاتحاد إلى مرحلة الاتفاق الكامل على مطلب واحد فإن القضية لم تعد مجرد رأي أو اختلاف في وجهات النظر بل أصبحت ضرورة يفرضها الواقع الصعب الذي يعيشه النادي في الفترة الأخيرة. اليوم لا صوت يعلو فوق صوت الجماهير الاتحادية التي باتت ترى أن رحيل فهد سندي أصبح الحل الوحيد لإنقاذ النادي من حالة التخبط المستمرة التي أنهكت الفريق وأفقدت الجماهير الثقة في كل ما يحدث داخل البيت الاتحادي.
ما يحدث داخل الاتحاد لا يمكن وصفه إلا بأنه مشهد مقلق لجماهير اعتادت رؤية ناديها في القمة دائمًا. التأخر في حسم الملفات المهمة وعدم وضوح الرؤية الإدارية وغياب العمل المنظم كلها عوامل جعلت الجماهير تشعر بأن النادي يسير في طريق خطير قد يكلفه الكثير مستقبلًا. الاتحاد نادٍ كبير بتاريخ ضخم وجماهيرية استثنائية ولا يمكن أن يُدار بهذه الطريقة التي خلقت حالة من الغضب والاحتقان داخل المدرج الاتحادي.
الجمهور الاتحادي لم يطالب بالتغيير من فراغ بل بسبب تراكمات طويلة من القرارات الخاطئة والمشهد غير المستقر الذي تكرر كثيرًا خلال الفترة الماضية. الجماهير صبرت كثيرًا ووقفت خلف النادي في أصعب الظروف لكنها اليوم وصلت إلى مرحلة فقدان الثقة الكامل. وهذه هي النقطة الأخطر؛ لأن أي إدارة تفقد ثقة جمهورها تصبح عاجزة عن الاستمرار مهما حاولت تبرير الأخطاء أو تقديم الوعود.
الإصرار على البقاء رغم الرفض الجماهيري الواسع لا يخدم النادي بل يزيد من حجم الأزمة. الأندية الكبيرة تُدار باحترام جماهيرها والاستماع لصوت المدرج؛ لأن الجماهير هي الأكثر حرصًا على الكيان، وهي القادرة على قراءة المشهد الحقيقي بعيدًا عن المجاملات والمصالح. استمرار الوضع الحالي يعني مزيدًا من الانقسام والغضب وربما خسائر أكبر على مستوى الفريق والاستقرار الفني والإداري.
الاستقالة اليوم ليست ضعفًا بل شجاعة إدارية تعيد الهدوء للنادي وتمنح الاتحاد فرصة جديدة لترتيب أوراقه والعودة إلى الطريق الصحيح. أما المكابرة والإصرار على الاستمرار رغم الغضب الجماهيري فلن يؤدي إلا إلى تعميق الأزمة وإبعاد النادي أكثر عن استقراره وهيبته المعروفة.
جماهير الاتحاد واعية وتدرك جيدًا ما يحدث داخل ناديها ولا يمكن أن تجامل على حساب الكيان. ولذلك فإن الرسالة أصبحت واضحة وصريحة للجميع، الاتحاد أكبر من أي شخص وأبقى من أي إدارة، وصوت الجمهور سيظل دائمًا هو الصوت الأقوى داخل هذا النادي الكبير؛ لأنه الصوت الذي لا يبحث عن مصلحة شخصية ولا يجامل على حساب الكيان، بل يطالب بما يراه حمايةً لتاريخ الاتحاد وهيبته ومستقبله.
In big clubs, the voice of the fans cannot be ignored or undervalued; because the fans are the true foundation of any entity, and they are the ones who create prestige and preserve history. When the Al-Ittihad fans reach a stage of complete agreement on a single demand, the issue is no longer just an opinion or a difference in viewpoints, but rather a necessity imposed by the difficult reality the club has been experiencing lately. Today, no voice rises above that of the Al-Ittihad fans, who now see that the departure of Fahd Sindi has become the only solution to save the club from the ongoing confusion that has exhausted the team and caused the fans to lose faith in everything happening within the Al-Ittihad house.
What is happening within Al-Ittihad can only be described as a worrying scene for fans who are used to seeing their club at the top always. The delay in resolving important issues, the lack of clear administrative vision, and the absence of organized work are all factors that have made the fans feel that the club is heading down a dangerous path that could cost it a lot in the future. Al-Ittihad is a big club with a huge history and exceptional popularity, and it cannot be managed in a way that has created a state of anger and tension within the Al-Ittihad stands.
The Al-Ittihad fans did not demand change out of nowhere, but rather due to long-standing accumulations of wrong decisions and the unstable scene that has repeated many times in the past period. The fans have been very patient and stood behind the club in the toughest circumstances, but today they have reached a stage of complete loss of trust. This is the most dangerous point; because any management that loses the trust of its fans becomes incapable of continuing, no matter how much it tries to justify mistakes or make promises.
Insisting on staying despite widespread fan rejection does not serve the club but rather increases the size of the crisis. Big clubs are managed with respect for their fans and by listening to the voice of the stands; because the fans are the most concerned about the entity, and they are capable of reading the real scene away from flattery and interests. Continuing the current situation means more division and anger, and perhaps greater losses at the level of the team and administrative and technical stability.
Resigning today is not a sign of weakness but rather an act of administrative courage that restores calm to the club and gives Al-Ittihad a new opportunity to reorganize its affairs and return to the right path. On the other hand, stubbornness and insistence on continuing despite fan anger will only deepen the crisis and distance the club further from its stability and known prestige.
The Al-Ittihad fans are aware and fully understand what is happening within their club and cannot compromise at the expense of the entity. Therefore, the message has become clear and explicit to everyone: Al-Ittihad is bigger than any individual and more enduring than any management, and the voice of the fans will always remain the strongest voice within this great club; because it is a voice that does not seek personal interest nor compromises at the expense of the entity, but rather demands what it sees as a protection for Al-Ittihad’s history, prestige, and future.
