يشكّل مركز ضيافة الأطفال في الساحات الشمالية للمسجد النبوي محطة آمنة ومهيأة تتيح للصغار خوض تجربة ثرية تجمع بين الرعاية والتعلُّم والترفيه، بينما يتفرّغ ذووهم لأداء الصلاة والعبادة في أجواء من السكينة والخشوع على مقربة من الروضة الشريفة. وقد صُمم المركز ليمنح الأسر الطمأنينة، ويوفر للأطفال بيئة مناسبة تراعي احتياجاتهم العمرية.
ويأتي المركز ضمن جهود هيئة شؤون الحرمين للارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة لزوار المسجد النبوي، من خلال توفير مساحة آمنة بإشراف كوادر متخصصة، تتيح للوالدين أداء عباداتهم بطمأنينة، فيما يعيش الأطفال تجربة موازية تجمع بين المتعة والفائدة.
ويستقبل المركز الفتيات من عمر ثلاث إلى تسع سنوات، والأولاد من ثلاث إلى ست سنوات، داخل مساحة تبلغ 268 متراً مربعاً في الجهة الشمالية الشرقية للمسجد النبوي بين مخرجي الساحات (339–340). ويعمل على مدار الساعة ليتوافق مع أوقات وجود الزوار، ويوفر للأسر مرونة أكبر خلال زيارتهم.
وجُهز المركز بأنظمة أمنية متكاملة تشمل كاميرات مراقبة وإجراءات تحقق دقيقة عند تسليم الأطفال واستلامهم، بما يعزز ثقة الأسر واطمئنانهم. كما يقدم للأطفال وجبات صحية خفيفة داخل صالات مهيأة توفر الراحة والاهتمام. ولا تقتصر خدمات المركز على الرعاية، بل يقدم برامج تعليمية وثقافية وأنشطة ترفيهية تنمّي الجوانب الحسية والاجتماعية والعقلية للأطفال. وشهد المركز إقبالاً واسعاً، إذ تجاوز عدد المستفيدين خلال الفترة من 22 أغسطس 2024 حتى 2 يونيو 2026م، أكثر من 75 ألف طفل من 108 جنسيات، ما يعكس تنوع الزوار واتساع أثر الخدمة.
ويمثل مركز ضيافة الأطفال امتداداً لاهتمام المملكة بالحرمين الشريفين وقاصديهما، وحرص القيادة على الارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة لزوار المسجد النبوي.
The Children’s Hospitality Center in the northern courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque serves as a safe and well-equipped station that allows young children to experience a rich environment combining care, learning, and entertainment, while their guardians engage in prayer and worship in an atmosphere of tranquility and reverence close to the Noble Garden. The center is designed to provide families with reassurance and offers children a suitable environment that takes into account their age-related needs.
The center is part of the efforts of the General Authority for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques to enhance the quality of services provided to visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque by providing a safe space supervised by specialized staff, allowing parents to perform their worship with peace of mind, while children enjoy a parallel experience that combines fun and benefit.
The center welcomes girls aged three to nine years and boys aged three to six years, within a space of 268 square meters in the northeastern part of the Prophet’s Mosque between the exits of the courtyards (339–340). It operates around the clock to align with the times when visitors are present, providing families with greater flexibility during their visit.
The center is equipped with comprehensive security systems, including surveillance cameras and precise verification procedures for the delivery and pickup of children, enhancing families’ trust and peace of mind. It also offers children healthy snacks in well-prepared halls that provide comfort and attention. The center’s services are not limited to care; it also offers educational and cultural programs and recreational activities that develop children’s sensory, social, and cognitive aspects. The center has witnessed wide demand, with the number of beneficiaries exceeding 75,000 children from 108 nationalities during the period from August 22, 2024, to June 2, 2026, reflecting the diversity of visitors and the broad impact of the service.
The Children’s Hospitality Center represents an extension of the Kingdom’s interest in the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, and the leadership’s commitment to enhancing the quality of services provided to visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque.
