بدأت وزارة الصحة في تنفيذ حملة «ضمان موثوقية فحوصات العمالة الوافدة»؛ لضمان الموثوقية ودقة نتائج الفحوصات الطبية للعمالة الوافدة، وتعزيز الامتثال للأنظمة الصحية المعتمدة في السعودية وحماية الصحة العامة بما يتوافق مع مستهدفات برنامج تحوّل القطاع الصحي المنبثق من رؤية 2030 نحو منظومة صحية متقدمة تواكب أفضل المعايير العالمية في الرقابة والجودة، وتسهم في تعزيز موثوقية الخدمات الصحية المقدمة.
تهدف الحملة إلى التأكد من دقة وصحة نتائج الفحوصات الطبية للعمالة الوافدة، والتحقق من التزام المنشآت الصحية بالبروتوكولات والإجراءات المعتمدة للفحص، إضافة إلى ضمان استخدام أجهزة مخبرية معايرة ومعتمدة وصيانتها بشكل دوري، والتأكد من كفاءة الكوادر الفنية والخبرة المؤهلة لإجراء الفحوصات، ومنع أي ممارسات تؤثر على نزاهة النتائج أو التلاعب بها.
كما تركز الحملة على التحقق من الالتزام بالربط الإلكتروني والتبليغ عبر الأنظمة المعتمدة، ورفع مستوى الرقابة على مراكز فحص العمالة، بما يعزز موثوقية النتائج ويحد من أي تجاوزات، إلى جانب الإسهام في حماية المجتمع من الأمراض المعدية وضمان سلامة الصحة العامة.
عقوبة المخالفين.. الغرامة والإغلاق
حملة «ضمان موثوقية فحوصات العمالة الوافدة» تأتي ضمن الإشراف على المؤسسات الصحية الخاصة التي تقدم خدمة فحص العمالة الوافدة، وفق ما نص عليه نظام المؤسسات الصحية الخاصة ولائحته التنفيذية.
وتشمل العقوبات المترتبة على المخالفات غرامة تصل إلى 100,000 ريال، وإغلاق المؤسسة الصحية لمدة 60 يوماً، وسحب الترخيص، وشددت الوزارة على استمرار جهودها الرقابية؛ لضمان التزام المنشآت الصحية بالمعايير المهنية والتنظيمية المعتمدة، بما يعزز جودة الخدمات الصحية ويحفظ سلامة المجتمع.
The Ministry of Health has begun implementing the campaign “Ensuring the Reliability of Expatriate Labor Tests”; to ensure the reliability and accuracy of medical test results for expatriate workers, enhance compliance with the health regulations adopted in Saudi Arabia, and protect public health in line with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program stemming from Vision 2030 towards an advanced health system that meets the best global standards in monitoring and quality, and contributes to enhancing the reliability of the health services provided.
The campaign aims to ensure the accuracy and validity of medical test results for expatriate workers, verify the commitment of health facilities to the approved protocols and procedures for testing, in addition to ensuring the use of calibrated and certified laboratory equipment that is maintained regularly, and confirming the efficiency of the technical staff and qualified expertise to conduct the tests, while preventing any practices that may affect the integrity of the results or manipulate them.
The campaign also focuses on verifying compliance with electronic linking and reporting through the approved systems, raising the level of supervision over labor testing centers, which enhances the reliability of the results and limits any violations, alongside contributing to protecting the community from infectious diseases and ensuring public health safety.
Punishment for Violators: Fines and Closure
The “Ensuring the Reliability of Expatriate Labor Tests” campaign comes as part of the supervision over private health institutions that provide expatriate labor testing services, as stipulated by the Private Health Institutions Law and its executive regulations.
The penalties for violations include fines of up to 100,000 riyals, closure of the health facility for 60 days, and revocation of the license. The ministry emphasized its ongoing supervisory efforts to ensure that health facilities comply with the approved professional and regulatory standards, which enhances the quality of health services and preserves community safety.
