شهدت قضية رجل الأعمال صبري نخنوخ تطوراً جديداً بعد إلقاء القبض والتحفظ على الإعلامية المصرية جولي أمين، مقدمة برنامج «النص الحلو» على قناة «الحدث اليوم»، ضمن إجراءات التحقيقات الجارية في القضية التي تشغل الرأي العام المصري خلال الفترة الحالية.

وبحسب معلومات أولية، جرى التحفظ على الإعلامية أثناء محاولتها إنهاء إجراءات نقل أو تسجيل ملكية تسع سيارات كانت مسجلة باسم صبري نخنوخ، في ظل قرارات النيابة العامة الخاصة بالتحفظ على الأموال والممتلكات المرتبطة بالقضية.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة بالتزامن مع استمرار التحقيقات التي تباشرها النيابة العامة في القضية المعروفة إعلامياً بـ«واقعة التجمع الخامس»، التي شهدت خلال الأيام الماضية سلسلة من الإجراءات القضائية والأمنية المتلاحقة.
شبهات غسل أموال
وكانت النيابة العامة قد أعلنت في وقت سابق فتح مسار تحقيقات مالية موازية، بعدما كشفت التحريات عن وجود شبهات تتعلق بغسل أموال متحصلة من أنشطة إجرامية، واستخدام وسائل متعددة لإخفاء مصادر تلك الأموال وطبيعتها.
قرارات التحفظ
وأصدرت النيابة قرارات بالتحفظ على الأموال المنقولة والعقارية الخاصة بالمتهمين، بما يشمل الحسابات البنكية والودائع والأسهم والسندات والسيارات والمحافظ الإلكترونية، مع منع التصرف فيها لحين انتهاء التحقيقات والفصل النهائي في القضية.
كما شملت الإجراءات إدراج عدد من المتهمين على قوائم المنع من السفر وترقب الوصول، في إطار التدابير الاحترازية المرتبطة بسير التحقيقات.

وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى بلاغ تقدم به أصحاب معرض سيارات بمنطقة التجمع الخامس، اتهموا فيه صبري نخنوخ وآخرين بالاعتداء عليهم وإحداث إصابات، إضافة إلى الاستيلاء على وحدة تسجيل كاميرات المراقبة عقب مشاجرة داخل المعرض.
ضبط أسلحة ومخدرات
وخلال عمليات التفتيش اللاحقة، أعلنت النيابة العامة ضبط أسلحة نارية مزودة بكواتم صوت وكميات من الذخيرة ومواد مخدرة وأدوات أخرى، فيما وُجهت للمتهمين اتهامات تتعلق بتكوين تشكيل إجرامي وممارسة أعمال البلطجة واستعراض القوة والإخلال بالأمن العام.
وتعد القضية من أبرز القضايا التي تشهدها الساحة المصرية حالياً، في ظل توسع نطاق التحقيقات وظهور أسماء جديدة مرتبطة بالوقائع محل الفحص، وسط ترقب لنتائج الإجراءات القضائية خلال الفترة القادمة.
The case of businessman Sabry Nakhnoukh has seen a new development following the arrest and detention of Egyptian media personality Julie Amin, host of the program “Al-Nass Al-Hilw” on “Al-Hadath Al-Youm” channel, as part of the ongoing investigations into the case that is currently capturing the attention of the Egyptian public.
Legal Procedures
According to initial information, the media personality was detained while attempting to finalize the transfer or registration of ownership of nine cars that were registered in the name of Sabry Nakhnoukh, amid decisions from the Public Prosecution regarding the seizure of funds and properties linked to the case.
Ongoing Investigations
This step comes in conjunction with the continued investigations being conducted by the Public Prosecution in the case known in the media as the “Fifth Settlement Incident,” which has witnessed a series of successive judicial and security measures in recent days.
Money Laundering Suspicions
The Public Prosecution had previously announced the opening of a parallel financial investigation track after investigations revealed suspicions related to money laundering obtained from criminal activities, and the use of various means to conceal the sources and nature of those funds.
Seizure Decisions
The prosecution issued decisions to seize the movable and immovable assets of the accused, including bank accounts, deposits, stocks, bonds, cars, and electronic wallets, prohibiting any transactions until the investigations are completed and a final ruling is made in the case.
The procedures also included placing several accused individuals on travel bans and watch lists, as part of precautionary measures related to the progress of the investigations.
Beginning of the Case
The details of the incident date back to a report filed by car dealership owners in the Fifth Settlement area, who accused Sabry Nakhnoukh and others of assaulting them and causing injuries, in addition to seizing a unit for recording surveillance cameras following a brawl inside the dealership.
Seizure of Weapons and Drugs
During subsequent search operations, the Public Prosecution announced the seizure of firearms equipped with silencers, quantities of ammunition, narcotics, and other tools, while the accused faced charges related to forming a criminal gang, engaging in acts of thuggery, displaying force, and disrupting public security.
This case is considered one of the most prominent cases currently unfolding in Egypt, amid the expansion of investigations and the emergence of new names linked to the incidents under examination, with anticipation for the results of judicial procedures in the coming period.
