يشهد القطاع الثقافي في المملكة تنوعًا متزايدًا في المبادرات والبرامج التي تستهدف تنمية الحراك الثقافي وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية. وفي هذا السياق، يبرز نادي ثقات الثقافي بوصفه إحدى التجارب التي تتبنى مفهوم الأثر الثقافي بوصفه معيارًا رئيسًا لتقييم المبادرات والأنشطة.

وخلال مسيرته، قدّم النادي عددًا من المنصات والمبادرات الثقافية التي تنوعت بين الحوارات الثقافية، وحفلات التوقيع، وبرامج التكريم، والمؤتمرات الصحفية، إضافة إلى مبادرات تسعى إلى توثيق الجانب الإنساني المرتبط بالتجربة الثقافية.
كما عمل النادي على توسيع نطاق الوصول إلى الأنشطة الثقافية من خلال مبادرات متنوعة، من بينها المكتبة المتنقلة، ولوحة الملصقات الأدبية، وممر نجوم الثقافة، وهي مبادرات استهدفت تعزيز حضور الثقافة في الفضاءات العامة وإيصالها إلى شرائح مختلفة من المجتمع.
وفي جانب دعم المواهب، أطلق النادي مبادرة “أثر” المخصصة لدعم المبدعين من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، إلى جانب مسابقة “قلم ثقات الذهبي” التي تُعنى باكتشاف المواهب الأدبية وتحفيزها على تطوير إنتاجها الإبداعي.
كما تمثل مجلة “ثقات الثقافية” إحدى أدوات التوثيق المعرفي التي تسعى إلى رصد الأنشطة والموضوعات الثقافية وتقديم محتوى مستمر للمهتمين بالشأن الثقافي.
ويرى متابعون للحراك الثقافي أن مثل هذه التجارب تعكس توجهًا متناميًا نحو بناء مشاريع ثقافية ذات أثر ممتد، ترتبط بتنمية الإنسان وتعزيز المشاركة الثقافية، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات التنمية الثقافية في المملكة.

The cultural sector in the Kingdom is witnessing an increasing diversity of initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing cultural movement and promoting community participation. In this context, the Thaqat Cultural Club stands out as one of the experiences that adopts the concept of cultural impact as a primary criterion for evaluating initiatives and activities.
The club’s experience is based on a vision that focuses on the quality of cultural outputs and their impact on society, in addition to an interest in building knowledge and developing talents, going beyond merely counting the number of events or the size of attendance.
Throughout its journey, the club has provided a number of cultural platforms and initiatives that varied between cultural dialogues, book signing events, honoring programs, press conferences, in addition to initiatives aimed at documenting the human aspect related to the cultural experience.
The club has also worked to expand access to cultural activities through various initiatives, including a mobile library, a literary poster board, and a cultural stars corridor, which are initiatives aimed at enhancing the presence of culture in public spaces and reaching different segments of society.
In terms of supporting talents, the club launched the “Aathar” initiative dedicated to supporting creators with special needs, along with the “Thaqat Golden Pen” competition, which focuses on discovering literary talents and encouraging them to develop their creative output.
The “Thaqat Cultural” magazine also represents one of the knowledge documentation tools that seeks to monitor cultural activities and topics and provide continuous content for those interested in cultural affairs.
