أوقفت وزارة الحج والعمرة 21 شركة عمرة عن تقديم خدماتها، وذلك بعد نتائج تقييم الأداء للموسم الماضي، التي أظهرت انخفاض مستوى الأداء لدى عدد من الشركات، ورصد مخالفات للأنظمة والتعليمات المنظمة لنشاط خدمات المعتمرين، وذلك في إطار استعداداتها المبكرة لإطلاق موسم العمرة، وحرصها على ضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن.
وأوضحت الوزارة، أمس، أن قرار الإيقاف شمل (15) شركة عمرة بسبب انخفاض مستوى تقييم الأداء وفق مؤشرات قياس الأداء المعتمدة، إضافة إلى (6) شركات أخرى ارتكبت مخالفات للأنظمة والتعليمات المنظمة لنشاط خدمات المعتمرين، الأمر الذي استوجب اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقها.
وأكدت الوزارة، أن منظومة التقييم تعتمد على مؤشرات تشغيلية ورقابية تقيس جودة الخدمات المقدمة ومدى التزام الشركات بالضوابط والاشتراطات التنظيمية، بما يسهم في تعزيز التنافسية بين مقدمي الخدمة والارتقاء بمستوى الأداء وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 بتجربة متميزة وآمنة للمعتمرين وزوار المسجد النبوي الشريف.
وشددت وزارة الحج والعمرة على أنها مستمرة في تطبيق الأنظمة والتعليمات بكل حزم، وأنها لن تتهاون مع أي تقصير يؤثر في جودة الخدمات أو حقوق ضيوف الرحمن، مؤكدة أن التقييم المستمر لمقدمي الخدمة من شركات العمرة يمثل إحدى الأدوات الرئيسية لتطوير القطاع والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has suspended 21 Umrah companies from providing their services, following the performance evaluation results from the last season, which showed a decline in the performance level of several companies and detected violations of the regulations and instructions governing the activities of Umrah service providers. This is part of its early preparations to launch the Umrah season and its commitment to ensuring the quality of services provided to the guests of Allah.
The ministry clarified yesterday that the suspension decision included (15) Umrah companies due to a low performance evaluation according to the approved performance measurement indicators, in addition to (6) other companies that committed violations of the regulations and instructions governing the activities of Umrah service providers, which necessitated taking legal actions against them.
The ministry confirmed that the evaluation system relies on operational and supervisory indicators that measure the quality of services provided and the extent of companies’ compliance with regulatory controls and requirements, contributing to enhancing competitiveness among service providers, improving performance levels, and achieving the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by providing a distinguished and safe experience for Umrah pilgrims and visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasized that it continues to apply the regulations and instructions firmly and will not tolerate any shortcomings that affect the quality of services or the rights of the guests of Allah, affirming that the continuous evaluation of service providers from Umrah companies represents one of the main tools for developing the sector and improving the quality of services provided.
