يترقب العالم توقيع الاتفاق أو التفاهم بين أمريكا وإيران، ويبدو أن سياسة ترامب وهي باختصار المفاوضات مع الإيرانيين تحت صوت الضربات العسكرية قد نجح في مسعاه، رغم التصريحات من الجانب الإيراني بأنهم قد انتصروا ويستعدون للاحتفالات بهذا النصر، المشكلة مع الرئيس ترامب أنه لا يؤمن بسياسة الصمت بل عكسها، وهو ما جعل موقف طهران محرجاً في الإقليم وفي الداخل، على الجانب الآخر هناك تصريحات ومكالمات نارية بين الرئيس ترامب ورئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي فيه حدة وتهديد وإصدار أوامر ترامبية لحكومة نتنياهو بإيقاف الهجمات العسكرية المتبادلة مع ايران قبل أيام، وكما ذكر الرئيس ترامب، أنها تهدد الاتفاق الوشيك مع إيران والذي كان قريب المنال في غضون يومين أو ثلاثة، وهذه عبارات يرددها ترامب كثيراً منذ بداية هذه الحرب الأمريكية الإسرائيلية ضد إيران، المفارقة العجيبة في الاشتباك بين تل أبيب وطهران قبل أسبوع أن من بدأ بهذه الضربات العسكرية هي إيران وهذا تطور لافت في هذه المواجهة العسكرية، وأرجعتها إيران بسبب الهجمات الإسرائيلية العنيفة على الضاحية الجنوبية في بيروت مقر حزب الله، الغرابة أن من المطالب الأمريكية وحلفائها من إيران لإنهاء الحرب ومن ضمن تلك الشروط هو إيقاف الدعم للأذرع الإيرانية في المنطقة العربية ويأتي على رأسها حزب الله، وتأتي هذه الضربة الإيرانية لإسرائيل لتقلب المعادلة المعتادة وهي انتظار طهران للدعم من أذرعها الطائفية من توحيد الجبهات في حال الهجوم على إيران، الآن إيران تتدخل بضربة عسكرية للدفاع عن جوهرة حلفائها وهو حزب الله، ترامب أصدر الأوامر للطرفين بإيقاف تلك المناوشات وشكك البعض بانصياع الجانب الإيراني للأمر الأمريكي الترامبي، ولكن يبدو أن الكثيرين مخطئون، فقد انصاعت إيران وحرسها الثوري بسرعة لافتة لتنفيذ الأمر الرئاسي الأمريكي، وحاول نتنياهو أن يتلكأ ولكن مع هذا الرئيس الأمريكي الذي يستخدم الإعلام وموقعه الإخباري في الضغط السياسي على حلفائه وفي مقدمتهم إسرائيل.

هل الغضب من قبل إدارة الرئيس ترامب على مثل هذه المناوشات بين إيران وإسرائيل هو يعكس الضغوط التي تعيشها الإدارة الأمريكية في الداخل الأمريكي من قبل الحزب الديمقراطي وبعض وسائل الإعلام المحسوبة على التيارات الليبرالية اليسارية، والتي بدأت تنسج سردية مماثلة لتورط أمريكا في الحرب الفيتنامية، وما آلت إليه من انكسار وهزيمة لبلادهم أو من التجربة الأمريكية في أفغانستان والتي يردد ترامب الموقف المشين في الطريقة التي تم فيها الانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان بطريقة تتسم بالفوضى مخلفة أعداداً مهولة من كميات السلاح، عامل يضغط على الرئيس ترامب وهو استضافة أمريكا مع كندا والمكسيك لبطولة كأس العالم لكرة القدم، فشكل أمريكا سيكون قبيحاً أمام العالم أن تدخل حرباً أثناء استضافة هذه الفعالية الرياضية والذي يعتبر هدفها الأسمي هو التنافس الشريف والصداقة والإخاء بين شعوب الأرض، قد تكون الإدارة الامريكية هي من تماطل وتؤخر النهايات والاتفاقيات بين الجانبين حتى انتهاء هذه الفعالية الرياضية العالمية.

قدر الرئيس ترامب أن عامل الوقت في صراعه مع إيران ليس في صالحه لهذه العوامل، مقابل الجانب الإيراني الذي لا يهتم أصلاً بعامل الوقت بل إنه يستغله أفضل استغلال، خاصة أن الداخل الإيراني لا يمكنه التحرك في ظل حرب خارجية تشن على بلاده، البعض يرى أن الهجوم الإيراني الأخير على إسرائيل ليس دليل قوة بل يعكس حالة انهيار للمنظومة الاقتصادية الإيرانية خاصة مع الحصار الاقتصادي الخانق على البلاد من قبل البوارج الأمريكية، استماتة طهران على الحصول على بعض أصولها المليارية قد يعكس الوضع الاقتصادي المتأزم في الداخل الإيراني وهذا ما يخشاه النظام، وليس ضربات عسكرية أمريكية – إسرائيلية بدون تدخل قوات برية، ولنا في فترة الحصار العراقي قبل سقوط نظام صدام عبرة في ذلك.. فالشعوب هي من يدفع ثمن الحصار الاقتصادي ولكنه لا يسقط الأنظمة القائمة أصلاً على أيدولوجيات تجهز وتعد نفسها لمثل هذه الحروب والصراعات العسكرية.

The problem with President Trump is that he does not believe in a policy of silence; rather, he does the opposite, which has made Tehran’s position awkward both regionally and domestically. On the other hand, there are fiery statements and calls between President Trump and the Israeli Prime Minister, filled with intensity and threats, with Trump issuing orders to Netanyahu’s government to stop the mutual military attacks with Iran just days ago. As President Trump mentioned, these attacks threaten the imminent agreement with Iran, which was close to being finalized within two or three days. These are phrases that Trump has repeated frequently since the beginning of this American-Israeli war against Iran. The strange paradox in the engagement between Tel Aviv and Tehran a week ago is that it was Iran that initiated these military strikes, marking a significant development in this military confrontation, which Iran attributed to the violent Israeli attacks on the southern suburbs of Beirut, the headquarters of Hezbollah. The oddity is that one of the American demands, along with its allies, for Iran to end the war includes stopping support for Iranian proxies in the Arab region, with Hezbollah at the forefront. This Iranian strike against Israel flips the usual equation, which is Tehran waiting for support from its sectarian arms to unite fronts in case of an attack on Iran. Now, Iran is intervening with a military strike to defend its jewel among allies, which is Hezbollah. Trump ordered both sides to stop these skirmishes, and some doubted the Iranian side’s compliance with the American Trumpian order. However, it seems that many are mistaken, as Iran and its Revolutionary Guard complied remarkably quickly with the American presidential order. Netanyahu tried to hesitate, but with this American president who uses media and his news platform to exert political pressure on his allies, including Israel.

Is the anger from President Trump’s administration regarding such skirmishes between Iran and Israel reflecting the pressures the American administration is experiencing domestically from the Democratic Party and some media outlets aligned with leftist liberal currents, which have begun to weave a narrative similar to America’s involvement in the Vietnam War and the subsequent defeat of their country, or from the American experience in Afghanistan, which Trump frequently mentions as shameful due to the chaotic manner of the American withdrawal from Afghanistan, leaving behind enormous amounts of weaponry? A factor pressuring President Trump is America’s hosting, along with Canada and Mexico, of the FIFA World Cup. America’s image would be tarnished before the world if it were to enter a war while hosting this sporting event, which is primarily aimed at fair competition and friendship among the peoples of the earth. The American administration may be the one delaying and postponing the conclusions and agreements between the two sides until this global sporting event concludes.

President Trump has realized that the factor of time in his struggle with Iran is not in his favor due to these factors, compared to the Iranian side, which does not care about the factor of time at all but rather exploits it to its advantage, especially since the Iranian interior cannot move under an external war being waged against its country. Some see that the recent Iranian attack on Israel is not a sign of strength but rather reflects a state of collapse in the Iranian economic system, especially with the suffocating economic blockade imposed on the country by American warships. Tehran’s desperation to obtain some of its billion-dollar assets may reflect the deteriorating economic situation within Iran, which the regime fears, and not American-Israeli military strikes without the intervention of ground forces. We have a lesson from the period of the Iraqi blockade before the fall of Saddam’s regime in this regard… The people are the ones who pay the price of the economic blockade, but it does not topple regimes that are already based on ideologies preparing and equipping themselves for such wars and military conflicts.
