أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل قصاصاً بأحد الجناة في منطقة مكة المكرمة، فيما يلي نصه:
قال الله تعالى: «يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِي الْقَتْلَى»، وقال تعالى: «وَلَكُمْ فِي الْقِصَاصِ حَيَاةٌ يَا أُوْلِي الأَلْبَابِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ».
أقدم منصور علي حسن خالد -يمني الجنسية- على قتل ثامر بن محمد بن مبارك الأحمري -سعودي الجنسية-، وذلك بطعنه بأداة حادّة؛ مما أدى إلى وفاته.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور، وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب الجريمة وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه وقتله قصاصاً، وأصبح الحكم نهائيّاً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل قصاصاً بالجاني منصور علي حسن خالد -يمني الجنسية- يوم الإثنين 29 / 12 / 1447هـ الموافق 15 / 6 / 2026م بمنطقة مكة المكرمة.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين ويسفك دماءهم، وتحذّر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسوّل له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.

The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of the death penalty as retribution against one of the perpetrators in the Makkah region, the text of which is as follows:
Allah, the Almighty, said: “O you who have believed, prescribed for you is legal retribution for those murdered,” and He said: “And there is for you in legal retribution a saving of life, O you who have understanding, that you may become righteous.”
Mansoor Ali Hassan Khalid – a Yemeni national – committed the murder of Thamer bin Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Ahmari – a Saudi national – by stabbing him with a sharp object, which led to his death.
By the grace of Allah, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation resulted in charges being brought against him for committing the crime. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him and sentenced him to death as retribution. The ruling became final after being appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided.
The death penalty was carried out against the perpetrator Mansoor Ali Hassan Khalid – a Yemeni national – on Monday, 29/12/1447 AH, corresponding to 15/6/2026 AD, in the Makkah region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the Saudi Arabian government’s commitment to maintaining security, achieving justice, and implementing Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe and sheds their blood. At the same time, it warns anyone who might be tempted to commit such acts that the legal punishment will be their fate.
