صعدت إسرائيل من غاراتها على لبنان، ما أدى إلى مقتل 18 في قضاء النبطية جنوبا، وإصابة نحو 33. وتركّز القصف بشكل كبير على قرى وبلدات بقضاء النبطية، وذلك بعد تراجع نسبي بالاستهدافات في الأيام الماضية.
وتواصل إسرائيل هجماتها على جنوب لبنان رغم تحذيرات من أن هذه الضربات قد تعد خرقاً لمذكرة التفاهم الموقعة مع الولايات المتحدة.
وأعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي، اليوم (الجمعة)، سقوط 4 عسكريين، فيما أصيب خمسة آخرون أحدهم بجروح خطيرة، في هجوم نفذه «حزب الله» في جنوب لبنان خلال الليل.
وقال إن طائرة مسيّرة مفخخة أطلقها «حزب الله» استهدفت القوات الإسرائيلية في بلدة كفر تبنيت، بعد ساعات من هجوم منفصل على دبابة في البلدة نفسها، أودى بحياة 4 عسكريين إسرائيليين.
وأوضح أن ضابطاً أصيب بجروح خطيرة، فيما أصيب ثلاثة جنود احتياط بجروح متوسطة.
من جانبه، دعا وزير المالية الإسرائيلي اليميني المتطرف بتسلئيل سموتريتش، الجمعة، إلى تنفيذ ضربات قاسية ضد لبنان. وكتب سموتريتش على منصة «إكس»: «إنه صباح صعب.. حان وقت التحدث بالنار، وفتح أبواب الجحيم».
فيما طالب وزير الأمن الداخلي الإسرائيلي اليميني المتطرف إيتمار بن غفير، الجمعة، «بإحراق لبنان بالكامل».
وقال في منشور على منصة «إكس»: «مقابل كل دمعة تذرفها أم إسرائيلية، يجب أن تبكي ألف أم لبنانية»، مضيفاً: «يجب إحراق لبنان بالكامل». وجدد دعواته إلى توسيع الهجمات الإسرائيلية على لبنان، بما في ذلك استهداف العاصمة بيروت، رغم الضغوط الأمريكية الرامية إلى الحد من التصعيد.
وتحتل القوات الإسرائيلية مساحات واسعة من الأراضي في جنوب لبنان، فيما أكد رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو مراراً أنه لا يعتزم الانسحاب منها.
في غضون ذلك، دعا المندوب الدائم للصين لدى الأمم المتحدة فو تسونج إسرائيل وجميع الأطراف، الجمعة، إلى التوقف عن انتهاك اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، الذي تم التوصل إليه بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران. وقال المندوب الصيني: «على جميع الأطراف المعنية، ولا سيما إسرائيل، التوقف عن انتهاك اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار».
ودعا وزير الخارجية الفرنسي جان نويل بارو إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، إلى الضغط على إسرائيل من أجل وقف هجماتها في لبنان. وشدد في تصريحات صحفية، أوردتها وكالة «رويترز»، على «ضرورة وقف إسرائيل لكل أعمالها القتالية في لبنان».
ولفت وزير الخارجية الفرنسي إلى أن «العمل لا يزال جارياً لعقد مؤتمر دولي لتقديم الدعم للجيش اللبناني».
Israel has intensified its airstrikes on Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of 18 people in the Nabatieh district in the south, and injuring about 33. The bombardment has heavily focused on villages and towns in the Nabatieh district, following a relative decrease in attacks in recent days.
Israel continues its assaults on southern Lebanon despite warnings that these strikes could constitute a violation of the memorandum of understanding signed with the United States.
The Israeli army announced today (Friday) the death of 4 soldiers, while five others were injured, one of them seriously, in an attack carried out by Hezbollah in southern Lebanon overnight.
It stated that a drone loaded with explosives launched by Hezbollah targeted Israeli forces in the town of Kafr Tabnit, just hours after a separate attack on a tank in the same town, which resulted in the deaths of 4 Israeli soldiers.
It clarified that an officer was seriously injured, while three reserve soldiers sustained moderate injuries.
For his part, far-right Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich called on Friday for harsh strikes against Lebanon. Smotrich wrote on the platform X: “It is a difficult morning… It is time to speak with fire and open the gates of hell.”
Meanwhile, far-right Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir demanded on Friday that “Lebanon be completely burned.”
He stated in a post on the platform X: “For every tear shed by an Israeli mother, a thousand Lebanese mothers must cry,” adding: “Lebanon must be completely burned.” He renewed his calls to expand Israeli attacks on Lebanon, including targeting the capital Beirut, despite American pressure aimed at limiting escalation.
Israeli forces occupy large areas of land in southern Lebanon, while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has repeatedly confirmed that he does not intend to withdraw from them.
Meanwhile, China’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Fu Cong, called on Israel and all parties on Friday to stop violating the ceasefire agreement reached between the United States and Iran. The Chinese representative stated: “All parties involved, especially Israel, must stop violating the ceasefire agreement.”
French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian urged the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump to pressure Israel to halt its attacks in Lebanon. He emphasized in press statements reported by Reuters the “necessity for Israel to stop all its military actions in Lebanon.”
The French Foreign Minister noted that “work is still ongoing to hold an international conference to support the Lebanese army.”
