في واقعة جديدة تعكس خطورة انتحال الصفات الطبية وممارسة المهن الصحية خارج الأطر القانونية، تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية من القبض على فني تركيبات أسنان بتهمة انتحال صفة طبيب أسنان وإدارة عيادة خاصة غير مرخصة في القاهرة، بهدف النصب والاحتيال على المواطنين والاستيلاء على أموالهم.
وبحسب ما أعلنته الجهات الأمنية، كشفت التحريات التي أجرتها مديرية أمن القاهرة عن قيام المتهم، وهو فني تركيبات أسنان يقيم بمنطقة الموسكي بالقاهرة، بمزاولة أعمال طبيب أسنان داخل عيادة خاصة تقع في نطاق القسم، رغم عدم امتلاكه أي صفة قانونية تخوله ممارسة المهنة.
وعقب استكمال الإجراءات القانونية واستصدار الأذونات اللازمة، داهمت الأجهزة المختصة العيادة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، حيث تم ضبط المتهم داخل الموقع.
كما أسفرت عملية الضبط عن العثور على أجهزة ومعدات تُستخدم في ممارسة مهنة طب الأسنان، إلى جانب أدوات وخامات مجهولة المصدر داخل العيادة.
وخلال التحقيقات، أقر المتهم بأنه كان يعمل سابقًا مساعدًا لطبيب الأسنان المرخص له بإدارة العيادة، موضحًا أنه بعد وفاة الطبيب قام باستئجار المكان والاستمرار في تشغيله رغم وقف تراخيص العيادة، مستغلًا تجهيزاتها لاستقبال المرضى وتحقيق مكاسب مالية بصورة غير مشروعة.
وعلى إثر ذلك، اتخذت الجهات المختصة الإجراءات القانونية بحق المتهم، كما جرى غلق العيادة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
وتأتي هذه الواقعة بعد أيام قليلة من ضبط حالة مشابهة، إذ أعلنت وزارة الداخلية المصرية القبض على شخص انتحل صفة طبيب متخصص في علاج أمراض الحساسية والمناعة، واتخذ من عيادة غير مرخصة بمحافظة الجيزة مقرًا لممارسة نشاطه.
ووفق بيان رسمي، الثلاثاء الماضي، كشفت التحريات أن المتهم يعمل كيميائيًا بإحدى الشركات، لكنه أنشأ صفحة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للترويج لنفسه كطبيب واستقطاب المرضى للكشف داخل عيادة مخالفة، قبل أن يتم ضبطه والعثور على كميات من الأدوية مجهولة المصدر.
كما سبقت هذه الوقائع قضية أثارت جدلًا واسعًا بعد القبض على شخص ادعى العمل طبيب قلب وأستاذ جامعي، وذلك لتنفيذ حكم قضائي نهائي صادر بحقه بالسجن لمدة 10 سنوات، بعد إدانته في قضايا تتعلق بالتزوير وانتحال الصفة، عقب ثبوت تورطه في تزوير مؤهلات دراسية ومستندات رسمية وانتحال صفات طبية.
وتسلط هذه القضايا الضوء على تصاعد جهود مواجهة ظاهرة العيادات المخالفة وملاحقة منتحلي الصفات الطبية، في إطار حماية المرضى وتعزيز الرقابة على القطاع الصحي.
In a new incident that reflects the dangers of impersonating medical professionals and practicing health professions outside legal frameworks, Egyptian security forces managed to arrest a dental technician on charges of impersonating a dentist and running an unlicensed private clinic in Cairo, with the aim of defrauding citizens and seizing their money.
According to what the security authorities announced, investigations conducted by the Cairo Security Directorate revealed that the accused, a dental technician residing in the Mosky area of Cairo, was practicing the work of a dentist inside a private clinic located within the jurisdiction of the police station, despite not having any legal qualification that would allow him to practice the profession.
After completing the legal procedures and obtaining the necessary permits, the relevant authorities raided the clinic in coordination with the concerned parties, where the accused was apprehended on-site.
The raid also resulted in the discovery of devices and equipment used in the practice of dentistry, along with tools and materials of unknown origin inside the clinic.
During the investigations, the accused admitted that he had previously worked as an assistant to the licensed dentist managing the clinic, explaining that after the dentist’s death, he rented the place and continued to operate it despite the clinic’s licenses being suspended, exploiting its facilities to receive patients and achieve illegal financial gains.
As a result, the competent authorities took legal action against the accused, and the clinic was closed in coordination with the relevant parties.
This incident comes just a few days after a similar case, as the Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of a person who impersonated a specialist doctor in treating allergy and immunity diseases, using an unlicensed clinic in Giza as a base for his activities.
According to an official statement last Tuesday, investigations revealed that the accused worked as a chemist in a company, but he created a page on social media to promote himself as a doctor and attract patients for consultations in an illegal clinic, before being apprehended and found in possession of quantities of medications of unknown origin.
These incidents followed a controversial case involving the arrest of a person who claimed to work as a cardiologist and university professor, in order to execute a final court ruling against him sentencing him to 10 years in prison after being convicted in cases related to forgery and impersonation, following evidence of his involvement in forging academic qualifications and official documents and impersonating medical titles.
These cases highlight the increasing efforts to combat the phenomenon of illegal clinics and pursue impersonators of medical titles, as part of protecting patients and enhancing oversight of the health sector.
