The circulated announcement about a supposed concert for the artist Nawal in Kuwait has caused confusion, after the concerned party warned about the accuracy of the information contained in it, confirming that it is not officially approved, amid calls for the public to exercise caution regarding advertisements that may exploit the star’s name to promote non-existent events.
Misleading Announcement in Nawal’s Name
The warning came through the official account of the organizing body on the “Instagram” platform, where they posted an image of the circulated poster and accompanied it with the phrase “Misleading Announcement,” to clarify the lack of approval for the announcement related to the alleged concert and to put an end to speculation about the event’s occurrence.
Warning About Fake Tickets
The organizing body emphasized the importance of verifying the sources of the announcement before proceeding to purchase tickets, to avoid falling victim to fraud attempts or losing money due to dealing with unreliable links and posts.
They urged Nawal’s audience to follow the official accounts of “Rotana Live” and the accredited organizing bodies, as they are the reference for obtaining details about concerts and their schedules, confirming that advertisements published outside official channels do not constitute evidence of any event taking place.
The circulated announcement coincided with Nawal’s audience anticipating the resumption of her musical activities, after her absence from concerts and festivals and her distance from releasing new songs during the past period.
Her Latest Works
Among her notable artistic highlights during Ramadan 2026 was her singing of the theme song for the series “Years of Darkness,” in an experience that received interaction from her audience. The song was penned by Amani Al-Ruwaili, with music composed by Mishaal Al-Arooj, while Dr. Adnan Abdullah handled the musical arrangement.
