•• من المعروف في الشريعة الإسلامية، أن «خيانة الوطن» من الجرائم التي يوجب ردع فاعليها.. وقد ترك الشارع الكريم تحديد عقوبتها لولي الأمر، بما يردع صاحبها ويمنع شره.. ومن اهتمام الدين الإسلامي بسلامة المجتمع؛ أوجب دفع أي اعتداء يقع على البلاد.. أما «خيانة الوطن» في القانون؛ فهي الجريمة التي تشمل أعمالاً متطرفة ضد الوطن أو سيادته.. ويُوصف الشخص الذي يرتكبها بـ«الخائن».

•• من الجرائم التي تطالعنا بها وسائل الإعلام من دفاتر أقسام الشرطة وقضايا المحاكم، أن يقتل ابن أحد أبويه.. هي واحدة من مظاهر الانحراف الديني والأخلاقي والسلوكي والمجتمعي.. جرائم من أبشع أنواع العقوق بل من أي أمر في الدنيا.. نمط شاذ من الجرائم المقززة لا تبرير لها في دين أو خُلُق.. جرائم لا يمكن التسامح مع فاعلها مهما كانت الأسباب.

•• من طرق وأساليب النصب والاحتيال الإلكتروني عابرة الحدود، استدراج الضحايا عبر الهاتف المحمول أو روابط لمواقع تحاكي الجهات الرسمية.. وكل يوم تكتشف الجهات الأمنية أساليب جديدة لمحتالين إلكترونيين يستدرجون فيها الضحايا.. لذلك، على مستخدمي الهواتف المحمولة ألا ينقادوا وراء الخدع.. فإذا تحمَّل كل منا مسؤوليته تجاه الإبلاغ عن كل جريمة تحصل له، فإن ذلك يساهم في استرجاع مبالغ مالية كبيرة.

•• ومن قبل، خانت جبلة «إبليس» المخلوقة من الجن؛ إطاعة أمر الله تعالى بالسجود لآدم لخلقه من طين.. فاستنكف مدعياً أنه خير منه لخلقه من نار.. فأنزله الله من السماء مذموماً مدحوراً إلى الأرض، فسأل الله النظرة ليوم البعث فأنظره.. فلما أمن الهلاك إلى يوم القيامة تمرد وطغى، وقال كما جاء في الآية القرآنية (لئن أخرتنِ إلى يوم القيامة لأحتنكنَّ ذريته إلا قليلاً).

•• It is well known in Islamic law that “betrayal of the homeland” is one of the crimes that necessitates deterring its perpetrators. The noble legislator has left the determination of its punishment to the ruler, in order to deter the offender and prevent their evil. Due to the importance of the safety of society in Islam, it is obligatory to repel any aggression that occurs against the country. As for “betrayal of the homeland” in law, it is the crime that includes extreme acts against the homeland or its sovereignty. The person who commits it is described as a “traitor.”

•• One of the crimes that the media brings to our attention from police reports and court cases is the killing of a child by one of their parents. This is one of the manifestations of religious, moral, behavioral, and societal deviation. These crimes are among the most heinous forms of disobedience, surpassing any other matter in the world. It is a deviant pattern of repulsive crimes that has no justification in religion or ethics. Crimes that cannot be tolerated, regardless of the reasons.

•• Among the methods and techniques of cross-border electronic fraud, is luring victims through mobile phones or links to websites that mimic official entities. Every day, security agencies discover new methods used by electronic fraudsters to lure victims. Therefore, mobile phone users should not fall for these tricks. If each of us takes responsibility for reporting every crime that happens to them, this will contribute to recovering large sums of money.

•• Previously, Jabla “Iblis,” created from the jinn, disobeyed God’s command to prostrate to Adam, who was created from clay. He refused, claiming that he was better than Adam because he was created from fire. So God cast him down from heaven, condemned and expelled to the earth. He asked God for respite until the Day of Resurrection, and God granted him that. When he felt secure from destruction until the Day of Judgment, he rebelled and transgressed, saying as mentioned in the Quranic verse (If You give me respite until the Day of Resurrection, I will surely destroy his descendants except for a few).
