صادقت رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين على ما انفردت بنشره «عكاظ» بشأن تأجيل مواجهة الأهلي والخليج، بعدما أعلنت رسمياً تأجيل المباراة التي كان مقرراً إقامتها اليوم (الخميس) 22 أكتوبر، ضمن منافسات الجولة الحادية عشرة من دوري روشن السعودي، على أن يُحدد موعداً جديداً لإقامتها لاحقاً.
وكانت «عكاظ» قد كشفت، نقلاً عن مصادرها، أن إقامة المواجهة في موعدها المحدد مرهونة بتمكن بعثة الخليج من الوصول إلى جدة، مشيرةً إلى أن تعذّر وصول الفريق سيؤدي إلى تأجيل المباراة، وهو ما تأكد بصدور قرار الرابطة الرسمي.
ويأتي قرار التأجيل ليضع حداً لحالة الترقب التي سبقت المواجهة، بعدما كانت الأنظار تتجه إلى إمكانية وصول بعثة الخليج في الوقت المناسب لخوض اللقاء.
ومن المنتظر أن تعلن رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين الموعد الجديد للمواجهة خلال الفترة القادمة، وفقاً للترتيبات التنظيمية وجدول مباريات المسابقة.
The Saudi Professional League Association has approved what “Okaz” exclusively published regarding the postponement of the match between Al-Ahli and Al-Khaleej, after officially announcing the postponement of the match that was scheduled to take place today (Thursday) October 22, as part of the eleventh round of the Roshen Saudi League, with a new date for its rescheduling to be determined later.
“Okaz” had revealed, citing its sources, that holding the match at its scheduled time was contingent upon the Al-Khaleej delegation’s ability to reach Jeddah, indicating that the team’s failure to arrive would lead to the postponement of the match, which was confirmed by the official decision of the association.
The postponement decision comes to put an end to the anticipation that preceded the match, as attention was focused on the possibility of the Al-Khaleej delegation arriving in time to play the game.
The Saudi Professional League Association is expected to announce the new date for the match in the upcoming period, according to the organizational arrangements and the competition’s match schedule.
