أعلن السجل العقاري بدء أعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار في عدد من المدن والمحافظات بمنطقة الرياض، ضمن جهوده المستمرة لاستكمال بناء سجل عقاري شامل وموحد يرفع من موثوقية البيانات العقارية ويعزز الشفافية في القطاع.
ويشمل التسجيل العيني الأول عدداً من الأحياء والمواقع العقارية في محافظات الحريق والأرطاوية وجلاجل، إضافة إلى مواقع متعددة بمدينة الرياض، وأجزاء من أحياء الحيانية وعروى وروضة سدير، إلى جانب عددٍ من القطع العقارية في الجمش والقصب والقويعية والمجمعة والرويضة ورماح وساجر وضرماء وعفيف وحوطة سدير.
ودعا السجل العقاري ملّاك العقارات الواقعة ضمن النطاقات المعلنة إلى استكمال تسجيل عقاراتهم قبل نهاية يوم الخميس 28 يناير 2027، مؤكداً إمكانية التحقق من شمول العقار ضمن المناطق المستهدفة عبر منصة السجل العقاري.
وأوضح أن التسجيل متاح من خلال منصة السجل العقاري وتطبيقه الإلكتروني، مع توفير الدعم والاستفسارات عبر مركز خدمة العملاء، مشدداً على أهمية التسجيل خلال المدة المحددة للاستفادة من الخدمات العقارية وتنفيذ التصرفات العقارية بسهولة وتجنب العقوبات والغرامات المنصوص عليها في نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار.
وأكد السجل العقاري مواصلة أعمال التسجيل في المناطق المستفيدة، بما يسهم في إيجاد مرجعية موحدة ودقيقة لبيانات العقارات على مستوى المملكة، مشيراً إلى أن كل عقار مسجل سيُمنح (رقم عقار) وصك تسجيل ملكية يتضمن الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق وبيانات المالك والأوصاف والحقوق والالتزامات المرتبطة بالعقار، بما يعزز حفظ الملكيات والحقوق العقارية ويدعم استدامة القطاع العقاري وتطويره.
وبيّن أن تحديد المناطق العقارية المشمولة بالتسجيل يتم وفق معايير معتمدة من الهيئة العامة للعقار، فيما تتولى الشركة الوطنية لخدمات التسجيل العيني للعقار تنفيذ عمليات إنشاء وإدارة السجل العقاري باستخدام التقنيات الجيومكانية والمنصات الرقمية الحديثة لرفع كفاءة الخدمات وتعزيز الثقة في البيانات العقارية.
The Real Estate Registry has announced the commencement of the property registration process in several cities and governorates in the Riyadh region, as part of its ongoing efforts to complete the establishment of a comprehensive and unified real estate registry that enhances the reliability of real estate data and promotes transparency in the sector.
The first phase of the property registration includes several neighborhoods and real estate locations in the governorates of Al-Hariq, Al-Artaweiah, and Al-Jalajil, in addition to various sites in the city of Riyadh, and parts of the neighborhoods of Al-Hayaniah, Uruwa, and Rawdat Sudair, along with several plots of land in Al-Jamsh, Al-Qasab, Al-Qawiya, Al-Majma’ah, Al-Ruwaidah, Ramah, Sajr, Dhurma, Afif, and Houtat Sudair.
The Real Estate Registry has called on property owners located within the announced areas to complete the registration of their properties before the end of Thursday, January 28, 2027, confirming the possibility of verifying whether the property is included in the targeted areas through the Real Estate Registry platform.
It clarified that registration is available through the Real Estate Registry platform and its mobile application, with support and inquiries provided via the customer service center, emphasizing the importance of registering within the specified timeframe to benefit from real estate services and to facilitate real estate transactions while avoiding penalties and fines stipulated in the property registration system.
The Real Estate Registry confirmed the continuation of registration activities in the benefiting areas, contributing to the establishment of a unified and accurate reference for real estate data at the national level, noting that every registered property will be assigned a (Property Number) and a title deed that includes the precise geographic location, owner details, descriptions, and associated rights and obligations, thereby enhancing the preservation of ownership and real estate rights and supporting the sustainability and development of the real estate sector.
It indicated that the determination of the real estate areas included in the registration is based on criteria approved by the General Authority for Real Estate, while the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services is responsible for executing the processes of creating and managing the real estate registry using geospatial technologies and modern digital platforms to enhance service efficiency and build trust in real estate data.
