كشفت آثار دماء على مركبة (تروسيكل) تفاصيل جريمة قتل مروعة راح ضحيتها شاب في العقد الرابع من عمره، بعدما قُتل على يد زوجته ووالدتها إثر خلافات أسرية، قبل أن تحاولا التخلُّص من جثمانه وإخفاء معالم الجريمة.
وشهدت قرية أبو الغيط التابعة لمدينة القناطر الخيرية بمحافظة القليوبية الحادثة؛ حيث عُثر على جثمان المجني عليه داخل منطقة زراعية بالجزيرة بعد بلاغ من الأهالي.
وتلقى رجال المباحث إخطاراً بالعثور على جثمان شاب يدعى (محمد س. خ)، وعلى الفور انتقلت الأجهزة الأمنية إلى موقع البلاغ لفحص ملابساته والوقوف على أسباب الوفاة.
وأظهرت المعاينة وجود آثار خنق وطعنات متفرقة في أنحاء الجسد، ما رجّح وجود شبهة جنائية وراء الحادث. وكشفت التحريات أن خلافات زوجية سابقة تطورت إلى مشادة ومشاجرة بين المجني عليه وزوجته، قبل أن تتدخل والدتها، حيث اعتدت الاثنتان عليه وخنقتاه وسددتا له طعنات عدة أودت بحياته.
وعقب ارتكاب الجريمة، وضعت المتهمتان الجثمان داخل (شوال كبير) في محاولة لإخفائه، واستعانتا بسائق تروسيكل لنقل مخلفات وكراكيب والتخلص منها في منطقة زراعية، دون علمه بما تحتويه الحمولة. غير أن المفاجأة جاءت عندما لاحظ السائق وجود آثار دماء على (التروسيكل) أثناء تفريغ الحمولة، ما دفعه إلى تفقد محتوياتها، ليعثر على الجثمان بين المخلفات.
وأصيب السائق بحالة من الفزع، وبدأ في الاستغاثة، الأمر الذي ساهم في كشف الواقعة وإبلاغ الأجهزة الأمنية التي باشرت إجراءاتها لكشف ملابسات الحادثة. وبعد تقنين الإجراءات، تمكنت قوات الأمن من ضبط الزوجة ووالدتها، وبمواجهتهما أقرتا بارتكاب الجريمة وفق ما أسفرت عنه التحريات.
وحرر محضر بالواقعة، فيما تولت النيابة العامة التحقيق، وأمرت بحبس المتهمتين على ذمة التحقيقات، والتصريح بدفن الجثمان عقب الانتهاء من أعمال الصفة التشريحية.
Blood traces found on a (tricycle) revealed details of a horrific murder in which a young man in his forties lost his life, after being killed by his wife and her mother following family disputes, before they attempted to dispose of his body and conceal the crime.
The incident took place in the village of Abu Al-Ghait, which is part of the city of Qalyubia; where the victim’s body was found in an agricultural area on the island after a report from the locals.
The police received a notification about the discovery of a young man’s body named (Mohamed S. K), and immediately, the security forces moved to the scene of the report to investigate the circumstances and determine the cause of death.
The examination revealed signs of strangulation and multiple stab wounds on various parts of the body, indicating a criminal suspicion behind the incident. Investigations revealed that previous marital disputes escalated into an argument and a fight between the victim and his wife, before her mother intervened, where both attacked him, strangled him, and inflicted several stab wounds that led to his death.
After committing the crime, the accused placed the body inside a (large sack) in an attempt to hide it, and they enlisted the help of a tricycle driver to transport waste and junk to dispose of it in an agricultural area, without his knowledge of the contents of the load. However, the surprise came when the driver noticed blood traces on the (tricycle) while unloading the cargo, prompting him to check its contents, where he found the body among the waste.
The driver was struck with panic and began to call for help, which contributed to uncovering the incident and notifying the security forces, who initiated procedures to investigate the circumstances of the case. After legal procedures were taken, the security forces managed to arrest the wife and her mother, and upon confronting them, they admitted to committing the crime as revealed by the investigations.
A report was filed regarding the incident, while the public prosecution took over the investigation, ordering the detention of the two accused pending the investigation, and permitting the burial of the body after completing the autopsy procedures.
