كشفت مراجعة طبية في أحد مستشفيات الأرجنتين عن واقعة أثارت صدمة واسعة، بعدما تبيّن أن طفلة تبلغ من العمر 10 سنوات حامل في شهرها السادس، إثر نقلها إلى قسم الطوارئ بسبب آلام شديدة في البطن، لتبدأ السلطات تحقيقاً في ملابسات القضية وتحديد المسؤوليات.
ووقعت الحادثة في مستشفى «كولونيا دورا» بمقاطعة سانتياغو ديل إستيرو، حيث اصطحبت الأم طفلتها لتلقي العلاج، قبل أن يكشف فحص طبي أجراه طبيب مختص في أمراض النساء والتوليد عن الحمل في مرحلة متقدمة. وبحسب صحيفة «ديلي ستار»، ذكرت الأم أنها أبلغت الطبيب بأن ابنتها لم تبدأ الدورة الشهرية بعد.
وخلال الفحص، أشارت الطفلة إلى زوج والدتها، خوليو فيفاس، البالغ من العمر 33 عاماً، باعتباره المشتبه به في واقعة الإساءة المزعومة. وعلى إثر ذلك، أصدر المدعي العام المشرف على التحقيق، غييرمو فارياس، أمراً بالقبض عليه.
وتوجهت الشرطة إلى عقار في منطقة إل براشو الريفية، حيث كان المشتبه به يقيم مع الطفلة ووالدتها، وألقت القبض عليه يوم الثلاثاء، كما صادرت هاتفه المحمول في إطار جمع الأدلة. وتشارك وحدة شرطة المرأة في التحقيق، فيما يواصل المحققون الاستماع إلى الإفادات واستكمال الإجراءات لكشف ملابسات القضية.
ولا يزال فيفاس قيد الاحتجاز، في انتظار استكمال التحقيقات والإجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالاتهامات المنسوبة إليه.
من جهتها، عبّرت نورما غوميز، جدة الطفلة، عن ألمها الشديد إزاء ما تكشّف، مشيرة إلى أنها سبق أن حذّرت ابنتها من منح الرجل ثقتها. وفي تصريحات لمحطة «نوتيسيرو 7» المحلية، أوضحت أن ابنتها أندريا تعرّفت على فيفاس عبر الهاتف، وقالت إنها دأبت على تنبيهها إلى ضرورة توخي الحذر في التعامل معه.
وأضافت الجدة أنها عاشت تجربة مؤلمة مشابهة خلال طفولتها، ما ضاعف وقع الواقعة عليها، مؤكدة حجم الصدمة التي شعرت بها عقب اكتشاف ما يُشتبه في تعرض حفيدتها له.
A medical review at a hospital in Argentina revealed a shocking incident, after it was found that a 10-year-old girl is six months pregnant, following her transfer to the emergency department due to severe abdominal pain, prompting authorities to launch an investigation into the circumstances of the case and determine responsibilities.
The incident occurred at the “Colonia Dora” hospital in Santiago del Estero province, where the mother brought her daughter for treatment, before a medical examination conducted by a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology revealed the advanced stage of pregnancy. According to the “Daily Star,” the mother reported that she informed the doctor that her daughter had not yet started her menstrual cycle.
During the examination, the girl identified her mother’s partner, Julio Vivas, 33, as the suspect in the alleged abuse. Consequently, the prosecutor overseeing the investigation, Guillermo Farias, issued an arrest warrant for him.
The police went to a property in the rural area of El Bracho, where the suspect was living with the girl and her mother, and arrested him on Tuesday, also seizing his mobile phone as part of the evidence collection. The women’s police unit is participating in the investigation, while investigators continue to listen to testimonies and complete procedures to uncover the circumstances of the case.
Vivas remains in custody, awaiting the completion of investigations and legal proceedings related to the charges against him.
For her part, Norma Gomez, the girl’s grandmother, expressed her deep pain regarding what has been revealed, noting that she had previously warned her daughter about trusting the man. In statements to the local station “Noticiero 7,” she explained that her daughter Andrea met Vivas over the phone and said she had consistently warned her to be cautious in dealing with him.
The grandmother added that she had experienced a similar painful incident during her childhood, which intensified the impact of the situation on her, confirming the shock she felt after discovering what her granddaughter is suspected of having endured.
