كشف وزير الطاقة، ووزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سلمان إن أمن الطاقة يتطلب منظومات أكثر مرونة، واستثمارات مستمرة، وشراكات موثوقة قادرة على مواجهة التحديات وضمان استمرارية الإمدادات.
وأشار الوزير خلال مشاركته في أسبوع سنغافورة الدولي للطاقة 2026، إلى أن أمن الطاقة يعتمد على قدرة النظام بأكمله على الصمود، وعلى الشراكات الموثوقة تحت الضغط، مبينًا أن إمدادات الطاقة الموثوقة تدعم التنمية الصناعية في الاقتصادات الآسيوية، وتعزز ثقة المستثمرين، وتساعد على استدامة الازدهار.
وأكد أن تحقيق أمن الطاقة يتطلب تعاون الدول المنتجة والمستهلكة لحماية البنية التحتية ومسارات الإمداد، مشيرًا إلى تطلع المملكة للعمل مع سنغافورة وشركائها في آسيا والعالم لتعزيز القدرة على الصمود ودعم الازدهار المشترك.
The Minister of Energy and Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, revealed that energy security requires more flexible systems, continuous investments, and reliable partnerships capable of facing challenges and ensuring the continuity of supplies.
During his participation in the Singapore International Energy Week 2026, the minister pointed out that energy security depends on the entire system’s ability to withstand pressure and on reliable partnerships under stress, noting that reliable energy supplies support industrial development in Asian economies, enhance investor confidence, and help sustain prosperity.
He emphasized that achieving energy security requires cooperation between producing and consuming countries to protect infrastructure and supply routes, indicating that the Kingdom looks forward to working with Singapore and its partners in Asia and around the world to enhance resilience and support shared prosperity.
