اطلعت على تصنيف نيوزويك الأخير للمستشفيات الذكية وكان مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث ضمن 4% من المستشفيات عالميًا تجمع بين النضج الرقمي والريادة في الذكاء الاصطناعي مسجلاً إنجازًا عالميًا بحصوله على أعلى تقييم للنضج الرقمي، البالغ خمسة أوسمة، إلى جانب نيله شارة الريادة في ابتكارات الذكاء الاصطناعي ليصبح ضمن 15 مستشفى فقط حول العالم جمع بين الاعترافين بما يمثل أقل من 4% من إجمالي 410 مستشفيات شملها تصنيف مجلة «نيوزويك» لأفضل المستشفيات الذكية في العالم.
بحسب نتائج التصنيف، حصل 21 مستشفى على أعلى تقييم للنضج الرقمي، فيما نال 39 مستشفى شارة «الريادة في ابتكارات الذكاء الاصطناعي»، ولم يجمع بين التقييمين سوى 15 مستشفى في خمس دول، من بينها التخصصي، يعكس هذا الاعتراف الدولي تقدم التخصصي في دمج التقنيات الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن منظومته الطبية والبحثية، بما يشمل توظيف التحليلات التنبؤية والأنظمة الذكية لإدارة تدفق المرضى، ودعم القرارات الطبية، وتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتحسين تجربة المرضى، وتقديم رعاية صحية أكثر دقة وكفاءة تتمحور حول احتياجات المرضى.
ويعتمد التصنيف، الذي تصدره مجلة نيوزويك بالتعاون مع شركة ستاتيستا، على توصيات المتخصصين في القطاع الصحي حول العالم، إلى جانب استبيان لقياس مستوى النضج الرقمي في المستشفيات، مستنداً إلى أدلة موثقة ومعتمدة، كما يتطلب الحصول على تصنيف الريادة في ابتكارات الذكاء الاصطناعي أن يكون المستشفى ضمن أفضل 30% من المستشفيات في تقييم المتخصصين، وفي مستوى تطبيقه لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

I reviewed Newsweek’s recent ranking of smart hospitals, and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center was among the top 4% of hospitals globally that combine digital maturity and leadership in artificial intelligence, achieving a global milestone by receiving the highest rating for digital maturity, amounting to five badges, along with earning the leadership badge in artificial intelligence innovations, making it one of only 15 hospitals worldwide that received both recognitions, representing less than 4% of the total 410 hospitals included in Newsweek’s ranking of the world’s best smart hospitals.
According to the ranking results, 21 hospitals received the highest rating for digital maturity, while 39 hospitals earned the “leadership in artificial intelligence innovations” badge. Only 15 hospitals across five countries, including the specialized hospital, combined both ratings. This international recognition reflects the specialized hospital’s advancement in integrating digital technologies and artificial intelligence within its medical and research system, including the use of predictive analytics and smart systems to manage patient flow, support medical decisions, enhance operational efficiency, improve patient experiences, and provide more accurate and efficient healthcare centered around patient needs.
The ranking, issued by Newsweek in collaboration with Statista, is based on recommendations from healthcare specialists worldwide, along with a survey measuring the level of digital maturity in hospitals, relying on documented and accredited evidence. Additionally, to obtain the leadership rating in artificial intelligence innovations, a hospital must be among the top 30% of hospitals in the specialists’ evaluation and in its application of artificial intelligence technologies.
The world is witnessing profound transformations in medical practice, with advanced hospitals transitioning from traditional models of managing therapeutic services to intelligent systems that leverage data, benefit from advanced analytics, and employ innovation to enhance medical decisions and elevate patient experiences.
