انتهت قصة الاتحاد مع الانتخابات، وكم تدفع لتصبح رئيساً، كما انتهت قصة الرئيس بالتعيين أو التكليف، ليبدأ هذا الكيان الكبير قصة مختلفة تماماً عن سابقاتها، دون معرفة النظام الذي استند إليه هذا التغيير، ودون مقدمات مسبقة أو حتى تلميحات تحمل إشارات إلى أن رئيس نادي الاتحاد سيكون رضا بترجي، الذي تم اختياره من قِبل مالك الشركة، بعد أن انتهت وزارة الرياضة وفكّت ارتباطها بشكل نهائي بالأندية الأربعة، ومن بينها العميد.

– بارك الاتحاديون هذه الخطوة، واعتبروها عملية «إنقاذ» من إدارة فاشلة، وتعاملوا مع وصف الإدارة بأنها «مؤقتة» باعتباره علاجاً «مسكّناً»، تنتهي فعاليته بعد ثلاثة أشهر أو مع نهاية الموسم الحالي، وفق رؤية مستقبلية لنادٍ سيدخل مرحلة جديدة مع «مشترٍ» جديد، تربطه بالمالك السابق، صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، علاقة محدودة لا تتجاوز نسبة 30%، بما يعني أن المالك الجديد، الذي لم يُعرف اسمه حتى كتابة هذه السطور، وسيستحوذ على نسبة 70%، هو من سيحدد هوية وآلية إدارة نادي الاتحاد، وفق رؤية يُفترض أن تنقله إلى مصاف الأندية العالمية التي تحولت إلى شركات.

– عملية «الإنقاذ المؤقتة» هدّأت الشارع الاتحادي بكل فئاته، بما فيها النخبة التي كانت لها بصمات تاريخية في مسيرة النادي، سواء من أعضاء الشرف أو الرؤساء ومجالس الإدارات السابقة، أو الداعمين الذين كانوا يعملون في «الخفاء»، وشملت هذه التهدئة الفئة الأهم، وهي الفئة «الشعبوية»، المتمثلة في جماهير الاتحاد، التي تقبّلت هذا العلاج المسكّن، وهي تدرك أن رضا بترجي وإدارته لن تكون لديهما صلاحية اتخاذ قرارات مفصلية تتعلق بما خلّفته الإدارات الثلاث السابقة، التي خضع النادي في عهدها لتجربة حملت الكثير من الإيجابيات، كما لم تخلُ من السلبيات. وبالتالي، فإن مهمة الإدارة الحالية تقتصر على تسيير شؤون النادي حتى الإعلان عن اسم المالك الجديد.

– ولهذا خفت حدّة المطالب الجماهيرية التي كانت تنادي بمساواة الاتحاد في الدعم والتعاقد مع نجوم محليين وأجانب، في ظل حالة الضعف التي يعاني منها الفريق الكروي، باعتباره واجهة النادي، والذي يُطلق عليه لقب «النمور»، هذا العلاج المهدّئ ساعد المدرب فسينج على زيادة فاعلية الفريق إلى حد ما، وخلق حالة من «الرضا» عن الأداء والنتائج التي يحققها، رغم معاناة النقص المعروفة لدى الجميع، ومحدودية الدعم، والأفضلية التي تحظى بها ثلاثة أندية أخرى من المالك نفسه، وهي أفضلية يصعب على الاتحاد مجاراتها، في ظل ما تملكه تلك الأندية من أسماء ونجوم تعاقدت معها حديثاً، وشكّلت إضافات كبيرة لفرقها، سيكون لها تأثيرها القوي في المنافسة على أكثر من بطولة هذا الموسم والموسمين المقبلين.

– وفي ظل هذه القناعة الجماهيرية الاتحادية التي تقبّلت الأمر الواقع، وهي تحمل الأمل في تغيير شامل خلال المستقبل القريب، نقل إلينا الزميل وليد الفراج خبراً «حصرياً» من إدارة النادي، مفاده أن رضا بترجي سيبقى رئيساً للنادي لمدة أربعة أعوام! وهذا يعني أن إدارته ليست «مؤقتة»، وأن قرار استمرارها قد اتُّخذ، حتى وإن لم يُعلن رسمياً اسم الجهة التي ستستحوذ على الاتحاد. فمن غير المنطقي أن يتقبل المالك الجديد إدارة اختارها المالك السابق، إلا إذا كان هناك «اتفاق» مسبق بين الطرفين، أو أن استمرار هذه الإدارة سيكون «شرطاً» أساسياً قبل الموافقة على عملية الشراء.

– خلصنا من قصص تعب الاتحاد والاتحاديين من مؤثراتها ومعاناتها، وهو اليوم مقبل على قصة مختلفة، شكلاً ومضموناً، لا نعرف من هو «بطلها»، ولا من يقف خلفها، وبصرف النظر عن شكل هذه القصة، فإن جماهير الاتحاد لا يعنيها سوى مضمونها، وهو إرضاؤها وإسعادها. فهل يوفّق الرئيس رضا بترجي وإدارته في تحقيق ذلك، وبسرعة، وقبل فترة التسجيل الشتوية؟ أم أن الاتحاد سيدخل في مضمون «مسرحية» لا تزال فصولها مستمرة، وإن تغيّر المخرج والممثلون، إلا أن المؤلف لم يتغير «ناوي له على نية» الله أعلم به.

– The Ittihad fans welcomed this step, considering it a process of “rescue” from a failed administration, and they treated the description of the management as “temporary” as a “painkiller” remedy, whose effectiveness will end after three months or with the conclusion of the current season, according to a future vision for a club that will enter a new phase with a “new buyer,” whose relationship with the previous owner, the Public Investment Fund, is limited to a 30% stake, meaning that the new owner, whose name has not been revealed as of this writing, and who will acquire a 70% stake, will determine the identity and method of managing Al-Ittihad Club, according to a vision that is supposed to elevate it to the ranks of global clubs that have turned into companies.

– The process of “temporary rescue” calmed the Ittihad street across all its segments, including the elite who had historical fingerprints in the club’s journey, whether from honorary members, previous presidents, and boards of directors, or supporters who worked “behind the scenes.” This calming included the most important group, which is the “populist” group, represented by Al-Ittihad fans, who accepted this painkiller remedy, knowing that Rida Batrji and his management would not have the authority to make pivotal decisions regarding the aftermath of the three previous administrations, under which the club underwent an experience that carried many positives, but was not without negatives. Thus, the current administration’s task is limited to managing the club’s affairs until the announcement of the new owner’s name.

– For this reason, the intensity of the fan demands calling for equal support for Al-Ittihad and contracts with local and foreign stars has diminished, in light of the weakness the football team is suffering, as it is the club’s face, which is referred to as “the Tigers.” This soothing remedy helped coach Fencing increase the team’s effectiveness to some extent and created a sense of “satisfaction” with the performance and results achieved, despite the known deficiencies and limited support, and the advantage enjoyed by three other clubs from the same owner, which is an advantage that is difficult for Al-Ittihad to match, given what those clubs have in terms of names and stars they have recently contracted with, which have significantly added to their teams and will have a strong impact on competing for more than one championship this season and the next two seasons.

– In light of this fan conviction that accepted the reality, while holding hope for a comprehensive change in the near future, our colleague Walid Al-Faraj conveyed to us an “exclusive” news from the club’s management, stating that Rida Batrji will remain the president of the club for four years! This means that his administration is not “temporary,” and that the decision for its continuation has been made, even if the name of the entity that will acquire Al-Ittihad has not been officially announced. It is illogical for the new owner to accept a management chosen by the previous owner unless there is a prior “agreement” between the two parties, or that the continuation of this administration will be a “basic condition” before agreeing to the purchase process.

– We have concluded from the stories of the fatigue of Al-Ittihad and its fans from its effects and suffering, and today it is heading towards a different story, in form and content, whose “hero” we do not know, nor who stands behind it. Regardless of the shape of this story, Al-Ittihad fans care only about its content, which is to satisfy and please them. Will President Rida Batrji and his administration succeed in achieving that quickly, and before the winter registration period? Or will Al-Ittihad enter into the content of a “play” whose chapters are still ongoing, even if the director and actors have changed, yet the author remains unchanged, “intending it for a purpose” that only God knows.
