أطلقت شركة ساحل الخليج للتطوير العقاري، المملوكة بالكامل لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، برنامجها للمسؤولية المجتمعية في محافظة الخفجي، تحت شعار «الإنسان قبل العمران»، بالتزامن مع إطلاق مبادراتها المجتمعية، في خطوة تجسّد التزام الشركة بتعزيز التنمية المتكاملة، ووضع الإنسان في صميم أولوياتها، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بجودة الحياة وتحقيق أثر إيجابي ومستدام في المجتمع.
وتمتد استراتيجية البرنامج على مدى اربع سنوات، وتتضمن 8 برامج مجتمعية وأكثر من 20 مبادرة، تهدف إلى تعزيز مشاركة المجتمع ودعم التنمية الشاملة، من خلال مبادرات تحتفي بالثقافة الخليجية الأصيلة، وتستجيب لتطلعات مختلف شرائح المجتمع في محافظة الخفجي.
ويستند البرنامج على تقييم الاحتياجات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية للمجتمع، وتم تطوير المبادرات لتستجيب لاحتياجات المجتمع الفعلية، وتحقق قيمة مضافة على المدى الطويل. ويعكس هذا التوجه حرص الشركة على بناء مبادراتها للمسؤولية المجتمعية على فهم واقع المجتمع وتطلعاته، وتعزيز التعاون مع الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والمؤسسات غير الربحية، بما يدعم تكامل الجهود.

The program’s strategy extends over four years and includes 8 community programs and more than 20 initiatives aimed at enhancing community participation and supporting comprehensive development through initiatives that celebrate authentic Gulf culture and respond to the aspirations of various segments of the community in Al Khobar Governorate.
The program is based on an assessment of the social, economic, and environmental needs of the community, and the initiatives have been developed to respond to the actual needs of the community and achieve long-term added value.
