وثّقت الشبكة اليمنية للحقوق والحريات، 164 جريمة وانتهاكاً ارتكبتها مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية بحق المدنيين والأعيان المدنية في محافظتي تعز ولحج، خلال الساعات الـ48 الماضية، إلى جانب إطلاق نحو 450 مقذوفاً على أحياء ومناطق مأهولة بالسكان.
وذكرت الشبكة في تقرير صادر عنها، (الثلاثاء)، أن الاعتداءات أسفرت عن مقتل نحو 28 مدنياً، بينهم خمسة أطفال وثلاث نساء، وإصابة 57 آخرين، بينهم 14 طفلاً وست نساء، إضافة إلى 10 من العاملين في القطاع الصحي ضمن حصيلة المصابين.
وأضافت أن الانتهاكات شملت القتل والإصابة بالقصف والقنص، وارتكاب مجزرتين بحق المدنيين، والاختطاف والاحتجاز، واستهداف الأحياء السكنية والطرقات العامة وطواقم الإسعاف والمركبات الخاصة، إلى جانب رصد عمليات استقطاب وتجنيد لشباب من فئة المهمّشين.
وأشارت إلى أن الأضرار طالت 51 منزلاً ومنشأة صحية، بينها 10 منازل دُمّرت كلياً، كما تضررت 12 مركبة خاصة، وشملت المناطق المتضررة مديرية المسراخ وقرى دُبا وأدود بمديرية صبر الموادم. وأكدت الشبكة أن حملة اختطافات نفذتها المليشيا في مناطق الحوبان والتربة والساحل الغربي، أسفرت عن اختطاف 16 مواطناً ونقلهم إلى جهات مجهولة.
وأفادت بأن المليشيا ارتكبت، أمس (الاثنين) مجزرتين باستهداف مركز صحي في محافظة لحج وسوق شعبي في محافظة تعز، ما أسفر عن سقوط ضحايا وأضرار في مرافق وتجمعات مدنية، موضحةً أن قصف مركز السقياء الصحي بمديرية المضاربة في محافظة لحج أسفر عن مقتل وإصابة 20 شخصاً بينهم 10 من العاملين في القطاع الصحي.
وفي سياق متصل، رصدت الشبكة استقطاب المليشيا شباباً من فئة المهمّشين في منطقة السامقة بعزلة الكلائبة في مديرية المعافر، وإلحاقهم بدورات ثقافية وتدريبية تمهيداً للزجّ بهم في جبهات القتال جنوبي المحافظة.
وحذرت من استغلال الأوضاع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لأبناء هذه الفئة وتعريضهم لمخاطر القتال، مؤكدةً خطورة تجنيد الأطفال والزجّ بهم في الأعمال العدائية، وما يترتب على ذلك من تهديد لحياتهم وسلامتهم ومستقبلهم.
The Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms documented 164 crimes and violations committed by the Houthi terrorist militia against civilians and civilian objects in the provinces of Taiz and Lahij during the past 48 hours, in addition to launching approximately 450 projectiles at populated neighborhoods and areas.
The network stated in a report issued on (Tuesday) that the assaults resulted in the death of around 28 civilians, including five children and three women, and injured 57 others, including 14 children and six women, in addition to 10 health sector workers among the injured.
It added that the violations included killing and injury from shelling and sniping, committing two massacres against civilians, kidnapping and detention, targeting residential neighborhoods and public roads, as well as ambulance crews and private vehicles, in addition to monitoring recruitment operations for youth from marginalized groups.
It pointed out that the damages affected 51 homes and health facilities, including 10 homes that were completely destroyed, and 12 private vehicles were damaged. The affected areas included the Al-Masrak district and the villages of Duba and Adood in the Sabir Al-Mawadim district. The network confirmed that a campaign of kidnappings carried out by the militia in the Al-Huban, Al-Turbah, and western coast areas resulted in the abduction of 16 citizens and their transfer to unknown locations.
It reported that the militia committed two massacres yesterday (Monday) by targeting a health center in Lahij province and a popular market in Taiz province, resulting in casualties and damage to civilian facilities and gatherings, clarifying that the shelling of the Al-Suqayah health center in the Al-Mudharabah district of Lahij province resulted in the death and injury of 20 people, including 10 health sector workers.
In a related context, the network monitored the militia recruiting youth from marginalized groups in the Samqa area of the Al-Kulaibah isolation in the Al-Ma’afir district, enrolling them in cultural and training courses in preparation for sending them to the front lines of combat in the southern part of the province.
It warned against exploiting the social and economic conditions of the members of this group and exposing them to the dangers of combat, emphasizing the seriousness of recruiting children and involving them in hostilities, and the consequent threat to their lives, safety, and future.
