توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم -بمشيئة الله تعالى- هطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق جازان، عسير، الباحة، مكة المكرمة، المدينة المنورة، حائل، الجوف، الحدود الشمالية، كذلك على الأجزاء الشمالية من منطقتي القصيم والشرقية، وتكوّن الضباب على أجزاء من تلك المناطق.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 18-38 ساعة تصل إلى 48 ساعة باتجاه خليج العقبة على الجزء الشمالي، وشمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 12-35 ساعة على الجزء الأوسط، وجنوبية شرقية إلى شرقية بسرعة 12-32 ساعة تصل إلى 50 ساعة باتجاه مضيق باب المندب على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من متر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى مترين باتجاه خليج العقبة على الجزء الشمالي، ومن نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الأوسط، ومن نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين باتجاه مضيق باب المندب على الجزء الجنوبي، وحالة البحر متوسط الموج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وخفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج باتجاه مضيق باب المندب على جزء الجنوبي.
وتكون حركة الرياح على الخليج العربي شمالية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة 10-35 ساعة على الجزء الشمالي، وجنوبية غربية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة 10-32 ساعة تصل إلى أكثر من 50 ساعة مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزأين الشمالي والجنوبي، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزأين الشمالي والجنوبي.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today -God willing- that thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers and active winds stirring up dust and sand will occur in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, as well as in the northern parts of the Qassim and Eastern regions, and fog will form in parts of those areas.
The report indicated that the surface winds over the Red Sea are northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 18-38 km/h reaching 48 km/h towards the Gulf of Aqaba in the northern part, northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 12-35 km/h in the central part, and southeasterly to easterly at a speed of 12-32 km/h reaching 50 km/h towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait in the southern part. The wave height ranges from one meter to one and a half meters, reaching up to two meters towards the Gulf of Aqaba in the northern part, from half a meter to one and a half meters in the central part, and from half a meter to one and a half meters reaching over two meters towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait in the southern part. The sea condition is moderate in the northern and central parts, and light to moderate reaching choppy towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait in the southern part.
The wind movement over the Arabian Gulf is northerly to northwesterly at a speed of 10-35 km/h in the northern part, and southwesterly to northwesterly at a speed of 10-32 km/h reaching over 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds in the southern part. The wave height ranges from half a meter to one and a half meters reaching over two meters with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds in both the northern and southern parts, and the sea condition is light to moderate reaching choppy with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds in both the northern and southern parts.
