فكرة الاستثمار
كفكرة أولى لتعريف الاستثمار الثقافي نقف بين معنيين حقيقين منشأهما في فكرة المشروع بمعناه الربحي وغير الربحي لمكونات الثقافة في شتى فنونها المعرفية والفكرية والإبداعية من جهتين؛ هما الاستثمار البشري للطاقة الكامنة للإبداع للمجتمع ونموه الحضاري ومنجزاته وآخر نمو اقتصادي يحفز على ديمومة العمل الثقافي عبر عوائد مجزية تأصل للفكرة الأولى للنمو الحضاري والمعرفي الذي بات مقياساً للدول والمجتمعات الرائدة والمتطلعة لمستقبلها الواعد في التفوق والحضور الثقافي العالمي
الجغرافيا الأدبية
ولأن جغرافيا الأدب أحد أهم مكونات هذا النمو الرحب والفسيح في عوالمه الخاصة التي تتكئ على مقوماته الإبداعية الرصينة والمبتكرة وواقعها على الأرض.نحاول هنا تسليط بعض الضوء على الجانب الفارع والمتفرد لأدباء وشعراء وقاصين ومسرحيين ونقاد وكتّاب رأي ومترجمين من شباب هذا الوطن يقومون بواجباتهم الطموحة والإبداعية في التمثيل الهائل للوطن في محافله الداخلية الكبيرة والدولية الفارعة والمتميزة والملهمة؛ إيماناً منهم بالدور المناط عليهم كزكاة لإبداعهم وقدراتهم التي وهبها لهم كموهبة وكعمل دؤوب ما زالوا ينحتون من قلوبهم ما يقيم لهم وزناً إبداعياً ناهضاً يصل للعالمية التي يستحق هذا الوطن أن يباهي به من أعمال ومن مبدعين عاليي الجودة والمحتوى المبدع والمشرف والمستحق للعناية والدعم والاستثمار المجدي فيه بكل ما أعطيت من معنى لمفهوم فكرة الاستثمار الثقافي.
المناطق الثقافية
وبالتسليط على جغرافيا الأدب
والرصد للمناطق والمحافظات بالمملكة العربية السعودية لا يمكن أن نركن لإحصاء واحد لتوزيع المناطق لكثافة التعاطي الثقافي وحجم الإبداع فيه ومنجزه، لكن ما يهمنا هو وجود تفوق ملحوظ يتسارع في مناطق ومساحات عدة مهمة تكاد تكون بارزة من مناطق المملكة، ويشار لها بالبنان في نمو البرامج المحلقة والمنتجة بكفاءة عالية الروعة والإبداع يطمئن لها تتصدر الصحف والمجلات والمهرجانات والمحافل بكل جدارة، ناهيك عن الفوز المستحق في المسابقات الكبيرة والمهمة والعريقة في الوطن العربي والخليج والعالم التي صنعت أسماء لامعة في عالم الإبداع لا يمكن التغافل عنها عبر أجيال متفاوتة قادت المشهد الأدبي على اتساع منتجيه ومبدعيه، إذ لا يخلو مشهد أدبي أو شعري أو ثقافي من حضورهم اللافت المجيد أو تبوؤ مراكزه الأولى لما يقدمونه من رسوخ عميق في الذاكرة الأدبية.

By focusing on the geography of literature
and monitoring the regions and provinces in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we cannot rely on a single statistic for the distribution of regions based on the density of cultural engagement and the volume of creativity within it and its achievements. However, what concerns us is the noticeable superiority that is accelerating in several important regions and areas that are almost prominent among the regions of the Kingdom, and are pointed out for the growth of high-quality and creative programs that confidently top newspapers, magazines, festivals, and forums with merit, not to mention the well-deserved victories in major and important competitions and prestigious events in the Arab world, the Gulf, and globally that have created brilliant names in the world of creativity that cannot be overlooked across varying generations that have led the literary scene with its wide array of producers and creators. No literary, poetic, or cultural scene is devoid of their remarkable presence or their occupying top positions for what they offer of deep-rootedness in literary memory.
Cultural Welfare
From here, by monitoring all these competitions, forums, and festivals, we find that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is at the forefront in terms of advanced presence at the level of creative quality, which indicates a high-level creative sharpening across all cultural, literary, critical, research, and artistic spheres for successive generations of literature and culture.
