افتتاح مهرجان الحنيذ الثاني في محايل – أخبار السعودية – ن والقلم

اُفتتح مهرجان الحنيذ في نسخته الثانية بمحافظة محايل، بحضور أمين منطقة عسير المهندس عبدالله بن مهدي الجالي، ومحافظ محايل محمد بن فلاح القرقاح، وعدد من المسؤولين والمهتمين بالقطاع السياحي والتراثي.

وشهد حفل التدشين جولة على أركان المهرجان الذي يهدف إلى إبراز الموروث الشعبي للمنطقة وتحويله من نطاق المحلية إلى العالمية، وإطلاق موقع مهرجان الحنيذ الإلكتروني تماشياً مع تعزيز حضور منطقة عسير وجهةً سياحيةً رائدةً تعتمد على استثمار الميز النسبية التي تتميز بها المحافظة. وتتميز النسخة الثانية بنقلة نوعية في المحتوى والمشاركات، إذ سجل المهرجان حضوراً لافتاً من خلال مشاركة دولية تمثلت في تواجد نخبة من الطهاة العالميين من قارتي أوروبا وآسيا؛ لتقديم رؤى عصرية تدمج بين الأصالة والتقنيات الحديثة في الطهي ومشاركة فاعلة لرواد الأعمال في مجال «الحنيذ»، بهدف تطوير هذا المنتج علامةً تجاريةً اقتصاديةً. ويشمل المهرجان منطقة المعارض والفعاليات، إذ يضم أكثر من 60 عارضاً متخصصاً، ويقدم ما يزيد على 30 فعالية متنوعة تراوح بين الثقافية، الترفيهية، وورش العمل التخصصية خلال فترة المهرجان. وأكدت أمانة منطقة عسير أن المهرجان يسعى إلى توظيف التراث الوطني كأداة للجذب السياحي وتنمية الاقتصاد المحلي، بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية تطوير منطقة عسير «قمم وشيم». كما يركز المهرجان على خلق فرص عمل موسمية للشباب السعودي وفتح آفاق استثمارية جديدة في قطاع الضيافة التقليدية.

يُذكر أن المهرجان يستقبل زواره يومياً ببرامج ترفيهية تناسب كافة فئات المجتمع، مع تسليط الضوء على الأساليب التقليدية في إعداد «الحنيذ» التي تشتهر بها تهامة عسير، مما يمنح الزوار تجربة ثقافية وغذائية فريدة.

The second edition of the Al-Hanith Festival was inaugurated in the Mahayel Governorate, with the presence of the Secretary of the Asir Region, Engineer Abdullah bin Mahdi Al-Jali, the Governor of Mahayel, Mohammed bin Falah Al-Qarqah, and a number of officials and stakeholders in the tourism and heritage sector.

The opening ceremony featured a tour of the festival’s sections, which aims to highlight the region’s popular heritage and transform it from a local scope to a global one, as well as the launch of the Al-Hanith Festival’s electronic site in line with enhancing the presence of the Asir Region as a leading tourist destination that relies on investing in its unique advantages. The second edition is characterized by a qualitative leap in content and participation, as the festival witnessed a remarkable attendance through international participation represented by the presence of a select group of world chefs from Europe and Asia, who presented modern visions that blend authenticity with modern cooking techniques, along with active participation from entrepreneurs in the field of “Al-Hanith,” aiming to develop this product into a commercial brand. The festival includes an exhibition and events area, featuring more than 60 specialized exhibitors and offering over 30 diverse activities ranging from cultural and entertainment to specialized workshops throughout the festival period. The Asir Region’s Secretariat confirmed that the festival seeks to utilize national heritage as a tool for attracting tourism and developing the local economy, in line with the strategy for developing the Asir Region “Peaks and Values.” The festival also focuses on creating seasonal job opportunities for Saudi youth and opening new investment horizons in the traditional hospitality sector.

It is worth noting that the festival welcomes its visitors daily with entertainment programs suitable for all segments of society, highlighting the traditional methods of preparing “Al-Hanith” that are famous in the Tihama region of Asir, providing visitors with a unique cultural and culinary experience.
