أعلنت مصادر مطلعة لوكالة الأنباء الإيطالية أول حالة منشطات في دورة الألعاب الأولمبية الشتوية ميلانو-كورتينا 2026، بعد ثبوت تعاطي اللاعبة الإيطالية ريبيكا باسيلر، المتخصصة في البياثلون، مادة ليتروزول. ويأتي هذا الإعلان قبل انطلاق حفل افتتاح الألعاب يوم الجمعة على ملعب سان سيرو في ميلانو.

Informed sources announced to the Italian news agency the first doping case in the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, after it was confirmed that Italian athlete Rebecca Basile, a biathlon specialist, had tested positive for letrozole.
