وجه وزير التربية سيد جلال الطبطبائي، اليوم (الأحد)، بإحالة 7 معلمين ومعلمات من العاملين في السلك التعليمي إلى التحقيق مع إيقافهم عن العمل لمدة 3 أشهر لمصلحة العمل وذلك على خلفية ارتكابهم مخالفات جسيمة تمس أخلاقيات المهنة ورسالتها السامية.
وأكدت وزارة التربية في بيان صحفي أن قرارات الوزير الطبطبائي بهذا الشأن شملت 3 معلمات ثبت قيامهن بنشر نسخ تجريبية لبعض كتب المناهج الجديدة إلكترونياً قبل اعتمادها النهائي والرسمي في مخالفة صريحة للوائح والأنظمة المعمول بها وإساءة مباشرة لمكانة المهنة التعليمية وما تفرضه من أمانة ومسؤولية مهنية.
القرارات
وأضافت الوزارة أن القرارات شملت أيضاً معلمتين على خلفية ارتكابهما سلوكيات مخالفة للسلوك العام داخل الحرم المدرسي لا تتوافق مع القيم التربوية والأخلاقية التي يفترض أن يتحلى بها منتسبو الميدان التعليمي ولا تنسجم مع رسالة المعلم ودوره في غرس القيم السليمة لدى المتعلمين والمتعلمات.
وذكرت أن القرارات تضمنت كذلك إحالة معلمين اثنين إلى التحقيق مع إيقافهما عن العمل لمدة 3 أشهر لثبوت قيامهما بالاعتداء بالضرب على متعلمين في سلوك مرفوض جملة وتفصيلا ويتنافى مع أبسط مبادئ التربية ويخالف الأنظمة والقوانين ويعد مساساً مباشراً بحقوق المتعلمين وسلامتهم الجسدية والنفسية.
ولفتت إلى أن هذه المخالفات تمثل حالات فردية ولا تعكس بأي حال من الأحوال الصورة المشرفة لأغلبية المعلمين والمعلمات الذين يضطلعون برسالتهم التربوية ويؤدون دورهم الوطني في بناء الأجيال وترسيخ القيم.
وشددت الوزارة على عدم التهاون مع أي تجاوزات أو ممارسات تمس أخلاقيات المهنة التعليمية أو تسيء إلى هيبة الرسالة التربوية، مؤكدة أن تطبيق القانون سيتم بحزم وعدالة
على الجميع دون استثناء حفاظاً على مكانة التعليم وصوناً لحقوق المتعلمين وتعزيزاً لثقة المجتمع بالمؤسسة التعليمية.
وأكدت استمرارها في اتخاذ كل ما يلزم لضمان بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومنضبطة قائمة على الاحترام والمسؤولية بما يرسخ مكانة التعليم ويحفظ كرامة المهنة ويعزز دور المعلم الحقيقي.
The Minister of Education, Mr. Jalal Al-Tabtabai, today (Sunday), directed the referral of 7 male and female teachers working in the educational sector to investigation, with their suspension from work for a period of 3 months in the interest of work, due to their committing serious violations that affect the ethics of the profession and its noble message.
The Ministry of Education confirmed in a press statement that Minister Al-Tabtabai’s decisions in this regard included 3 female teachers who were found to have published trial copies of some new curriculum books electronically before their final and official approval, in a clear violation of the applicable regulations and laws, and a direct offense to the status of the teaching profession and the trust and professional responsibility it entails.
The Decisions
The ministry added that the decisions also included two female teachers due to their engagement in behaviors that violate general conduct within the school premises, which do not align with the educational and moral values that should characterize those involved in the educational field and do not resonate with the teacher’s message and role in instilling proper values among learners.
It mentioned that the decisions also included the referral of two male teachers to investigation with their suspension from work for 3 months due to their proven physical assault on students, an unacceptable behavior that contradicts the most basic principles of education, violates regulations and laws, and constitutes a direct infringement on the rights and physical and psychological safety of the students.
It pointed out that these violations represent individual cases and do not reflect in any way the honorable image of the majority of male and female teachers who fulfill their educational mission and perform their national role in building generations and instilling values.
The ministry emphasized that it will not tolerate any transgressions or practices that affect the ethics of the teaching profession or undermine the dignity of the educational message, affirming that the law will be applied firmly and justly to everyone without exception, in order to preserve the status of education, safeguard the rights of learners, and enhance community trust in the educational institution.
It confirmed its continued efforts to ensure a safe and disciplined educational environment based on respect and responsibility, which reinforces the status of education, preserves the dignity of the profession, and enhances the true role of the teacher.
