أكد قائد قوات سورية الديمقراطية «قسد» مظلوم عبدي اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أن مؤسسات الإدارة الذاتية ستحتفظ بمديريها وأعضائها أثناء دمجها ضمن هيكل الدولة السورية، مشدداً على ضرورة دمج كافة مؤسسات الإدارة الذاتية بالدولة السورية.
وأوضح عبدي في مؤتمر للأعيان في الحسكة «أن الدمج الإداري والمؤسساتي لا يخص فقط المكون الكردي»، ولفت إلى أن الدمج قد يستغرق بعض الوقت.
وقال قائد «قسد»: «نحن واثقون من نجاحنا في تنفيذ الاتفاقية»، مشيراً إلى أنه تم الاتفاق على دمج قوات «قسد» ضمن ألوية وزارة الدفاع.
وأضاف: «هناك إشكالية بتعيين معاون وزير الدفاع في دمشق ونعمل الآن على إعلان ذلك بشكل رسمي»، مشدداً بالقول: «ارتكبنا أخطاء سابقة ورأينا عواقبها وسنقوم باستخلاص الدروس منها للمرحلة القادمة».
ولفت إلى أنه تم سحب جميع قوات قسد العسكرية إلى ثكناتها للحفاظ على الاستقرار والاستمرار بتطبيق الاتفاق، مضيفاً: «يجب أن تنسحب القوات العسكرية من محيط عين العرب كوباني وتحل مكانها قوات أمنية».
وأشار إلى أن المناطق ذات الكثافة الكردية ستحافظ على خصوصيتها عبر إدارتها من قبل أبنائها.
يذكر أنه في 30 يناير وقعت دمشق و«قسد» اتفاقاً جديداً شاملاً نص على تثبيت وقف إطلاق النار بين الجانبين وبدء خطوات الاندماج الكلي للقوات الكردية ضمن القوات الحكومية، فيما سلمت «قسد» مراكزها العسكرية في الحسكة والقامشلي إلى قوات الأمن الحكومية التي دخلتها الشهر الماضي، فضلاً عن مطارات وحقول نفطية في شمال شرق البلاد.
The commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Mazloum Abdi, confirmed today (Tuesday) that the institutions of the autonomous administration will retain their directors and members during their integration into the structure of the Syrian state, emphasizing the necessity of integrating all autonomous administration institutions into the Syrian state.
Abdi clarified in a conference for dignitaries in Hasakah, “The administrative and institutional integration does not only concern the Kurdish component,” noting that the integration may take some time.
The SDF commander said, “We are confident in our success in implementing the agreement,” pointing out that it has been agreed to integrate the SDF forces into the brigades of the Ministry of Defense.
He added, “There is an issue with appointing a deputy minister of defense in Damascus, and we are currently working on announcing that officially,” stressing, “We have made previous mistakes and have seen their consequences, and we will draw lessons from them for the next phase.”
He pointed out that all SDF military forces have been withdrawn to their barracks to maintain stability and continue implementing the agreement, adding, “Military forces must withdraw from the vicinity of Ain al-Arab (Kobani) and be replaced by security forces.”
He indicated that areas with a Kurdish majority will maintain their uniqueness by being managed by their own people.
It is worth noting that on January 30, Damascus and the SDF signed a new comprehensive agreement that stipulated the establishment of a ceasefire between the two sides and the beginning of steps for the complete integration of Kurdish forces into the government forces, while the SDF handed over its military centers in Hasakah and Qamishli to the government security forces that entered them last month, in addition to airports and oil fields in the northeast of the country.
