تتصدى الجهات المعنية في السعودية، بكل حزم لمحاولات التستر التجاري، وإحالة المتورطين فيها إلى القضاء، مع وضع الآليات والتنظيمات الصارمة التي تمنع الإضرار بالاقتصاد الوطني.
وتعمل جهات الضبط في المملكة على ملاحقة المتسترين والمتستر عليهم، وكشف حيلهم والثغرات التي ينفذون منها؛ وذلك درءاً للمخاطر الأمنية والاجتماعية والحد من المنافسة غير المشروعة.
ويتولى «البرنامج الوطني» لمكافحة التستر التجاري، سد كل الثغرات ومواجهة التحديات ووضع الآليات والتدابير التي تحد من التستر وتجفيف منابعه، وتوفير بيئة تجارية نظامية تضمن حقوق المستثمرين السعوديين وتمكن المواطنين من زيادة فرص ممارسة العمل التجاري والاستثمار، ودعم توطين الأنشطة الاقتصادية وخلق وظائف مستدامة، وإرساء بيئة تجارية واضحة وشفافة تمنع الممارسات غير المشروعة.
The relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia are firmly addressing attempts at commercial concealment and referring those involved to the judiciary, while implementing strict mechanisms and regulations that prevent harm to the national economy.
Law enforcement agencies in the Kingdom are pursuing those who conceal and those who are concealed, uncovering their tricks and the loopholes they exploit; this is to mitigate security and social risks and to limit unfair competition.
The “National Program” for combating commercial concealment is responsible for closing all loopholes, confronting challenges, and establishing mechanisms and measures that limit concealment and dry up its sources, while providing a regulated commercial environment that guarantees the rights of Saudi investors and enables citizens to increase opportunities for engaging in business and investment, supporting the localization of economic activities, creating sustainable jobs, and establishing a clear and transparent commercial environment that prevents illegal practices.
