علق نجم نادي باريس سان جيرمان ومنتخب المغرب أشرف حكيمي، على قرار محكمة الاستئناف الفرنسية بإحالته إلى المحاكمة الجنائية بتهمة الاغتصاب.
وقالت محكمة الاستئناف في بيان، اليوم (الجمعة)، إن التحقيقات خلصت إلى استنتاج دائرة التحقيق بوجود أدلة كافية ضد أشرف حكيمي تبرر توجيه الاتهام إليه أمام محكمة الجنايات في مقاطعة هوت دو سين.
يتعلق التحقيق بحادثة اغتصاب مزعومة أبلغت عنها شابة تعرّفت على النجم المغربي عبر «إنستغرام»، ودُعيت إلى منزل لاعب كرة القدم في فبراير 2023، فيما ينفي حكيمي، الذي وُجهت إليه التهمة رسمياً منذ ذلك الحين، ارتكاب أي مخالفة.
كتب حكيمي عبر حسابه على منصة «إكس»: «اليوم تُروى قصة ليست قصتي، على حساب عائلتي وحياتي، وقبل كل شيء الحقيقة، أحياناً أشعر أنني أصبحت هدفاً سهلاً».
وأضاف: «كنت أنتظر هذه المحاكمة منذ اليوم الأول، وأنا الآن أتطلع إليها، أخيراً سأتمكن من التعبير عما لدي».
ويخوض حكيمي حالياً منافسات بطولة كأس العالم 2026 مع منتخب المغرب، المقامة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وكندا والمكسيك.
Paris Saint-Germain star and Morocco national team player Achraf Hakimi commented on the French Court of Appeal’s decision to refer him to criminal trial on charges of rape.
The Court of Appeal stated in a statement today (Friday) that the investigations concluded with the investigating chamber’s finding of sufficient evidence against Achraf Hakimi to justify bringing charges against him before the criminal court in the Hauts-de-Seine department.
The investigation relates to an alleged rape incident reported by a young woman who met the Moroccan star through “Instagram” and was invited to the football player’s home in February 2023, while Hakimi, who has been formally charged since then, denies committing any wrongdoing.
Hakimi wrote on his account on the “X” platform: “Today a story is being told that is not my story, at the expense of my family and my life, and above all the truth. Sometimes I feel like I have become an easy target.”
He added: “I have been waiting for this trial since day one, and I am now looking forward to it. Finally, I will be able to express what I have.”
Hakimi is currently competing in the 2026 World Cup with the Morocco national team, taking place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
