أعلنت فرق إنقاذ تايلندية نجاحها في إخراج أربعة أشخاص كانوا عالقين داخل كهف غمرته مياه الفيضانات في إقليم سايسومبون بوسط لاوس، وذلك بعد ساعات من إنقاذ شخص خامس مساء الجمعة.

وبحسب وكالة رويترز، يُعد الأشخاص الخمسة الذين تم إنقاذهم جزءاً من مجموعة تضم سبعة مواطنين لاوسيين دخلوا الكهف بحثاً عن الذهب، قبل أن تتسبب المياه المتدفقة في إغلاق مخرج الكهف ومحاصرتهم داخله لأكثر من أسبوع.

Thai rescue teams announced their success in bringing out four people who were trapped inside a cave flooded in the Sayaboury province of central Laos, just hours after rescuing a fifth person on Friday evening.
Searching for Gold
According to Reuters, the five rescued individuals are part of a group of seven Laotian citizens who entered the cave in search of gold, before the flowing water caused the cave’s exit to close, trapping them inside for over a week.

The rescue operation witnessed intensive efforts from specialized teams working under difficult conditions due to the rising water levels inside the cave, while efforts continue to reach the remaining two individuals and safely extract them.
