أعلنت دله الصحية نتائجها للفترة المنتهية في 31 مارس 2026م، مسجلة نمواً قوياً في الإيرادات وأعداد الزيارات الربعية مقارنة بالربع الأول من العام الماضي بدفع من التوسع التشغيلي في مرافقها القائمة والمستحوذ عليها، وانتشار خدماتها في مختلف مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية الذي ينعكس على قوة علامتها المؤسسية المعروفة بالجودة والموثوقية.
نتائج الربع الأول من العام 2026م
ارتفعت إيرادات المجموعة في الربع الأول من عام 2026م بنسبة 21.7% لتصل إلى 1.013.26 مليون ريال سعودي، مقارنة بـ832.75 مليون ريال سعودي للربع المماثل من العام السابق، بزيادة قدرها 180.51 مليون ريال سعودي. وجاء ارتفاع الإيرادات بدعم من الزيادة في أعداد زيارات مراجعي المجموعة، لاسيما في مستشفى دله الخبر ومستشفى دله الأحساء، مما يعكس الأثر الإيجابي للاستحواذات على نمو إيرادات المجموعة خلال الربع الحالي.
وارتفعت أعداد الزيارات للمجموعة بنسبة 27.5% لتصل إلى 936 ألف زيارة، مقارنة بـ734 ألف زيارة في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بزيادة قدرها نحو 202 ألف زيارة. ويأتي هذا الارتفاع في الإيرادات على الرغم من تأثر الربع الحالي بموسمية النشاط في القطاع الصحي بدرجة كبيرة نتيجة ارتفاع عدد أيام إجازة عيد الفطر المبارك والإجازات المدرسية خلال الربع الحالي مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام السابق، وهو ما يعكس قدرة المجموعة على تعويض أثر العوامل الموسمية من خلال التوسع التشغيلي الناتج عن الاستحواذ وفي المرافق الطبية القائمة قبل الاستحواذ.
وانخفض صافي الربح العائد لمساهمي المصدر في الربع الأول من عام 2026م بنسبة 45.7% ليصل إلى 84.52 مليون ريال سعودي مقارنة بـ155.56 مليون ريال سعودي في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بانخفاض قدره 71.04 مليون ريال سعودي. وانخفض ربح السهم في الربع الحالي ليبلغ 0.84 ريال سعودي للسهم مقارنة بـ1.59 ريال سعودي للسهم في الربع المماثل من العام السابق.
ويعود الانخفاض إلى الحدث غير المتكرر في الربع المماثل من عام 2025م، حيث كانت الشركة قد دخلت في صندوق عقاري بنسبة 33.33% من خلال مساهمة عينية متمثلة في أراضٍ، ما أدى إلى تسجيل مكاسب بلغت 51 مليون ريال خلال الربع الأول من عام 2025م. كذلك ارتفعت تكاليف التمويل ومصاريف التشغيل خلال الربع الأول من عام 2026م بقيمة 64 مليون ريال سعودي، ويعود غالبيتها إلى دمج نتائج مستشفى دله الخبر ومستشفى دله الأحساء ضمن القوائم المالية الموحدة للمجموعة خلال الربع الحالي، مقارنة بالربع المماثل من عام 2025م، والذي تضمن نتائج المستشفيين لمدة ثمانية أيام فقط نتيجة إتمام عملية الاستحواذ بتاريخ 23 مارس 2025م.
على الرغم مما سبق وتأثر الربع الحالي بموسمية النشاط في القطاع الصحي، تمكنت الشركة من تحقيق نمو في الإيرادات، بدعم من الأثر الإيجابي للاستحواذات والنمو التشغيلي للمرافق القائمة قبل الاستحواذ، وهو ما انعكس على ارتفاع إجمالي الربح بقيمة 36 مليون ريال سعودي خلال الربع الحالي مقارنةً بالربع المماثل من العام السابق.
وارتفع صافي الربح قبل تكاليف التمويل والإطفاء والاستهلاك والزكاة المعدل بأثر الربح غير المتكرر في الربع الأول من عام 2026م بنسبة 7% ليصل إلى 194 مليون ريال سعودي مقارنة بـ181 مليون ريال سعودي في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بزيادة قدرها 13 مليون ريال سعودي.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن مبلغ صافي الربح العائد لمساهمي الشركة المحقق خلال الربع الحالي يتماشى مع التوقعات المرصودة في موازنة الشركة لعام 2026م والتي أخذت في الاعتبار ضمن معايير إعدادها عوامل موسمية النشاط.

Dallah Healthcare announced its results for the period ending March 31, 2026, recording strong growth in revenues and quarterly visits compared to the first quarter of last year, driven by operational expansion in its existing and acquired facilities, and the spread of its services across various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which reflects the strength of its institutional brand known for quality and reliability.
First Quarter Results for 2026
The group’s revenues in the first quarter of 2026 increased by 21.7% to reach 1,013.26 million Saudi Riyals, compared to 832.75 million Saudi Riyals for the same quarter of the previous year, an increase of 180.51 million Saudi Riyals. The rise in revenues was supported by the increase in the number of visits by the group’s patients, particularly at Dallah Hospital Khobar and Dallah Hospital Al-Ahsa, reflecting the positive impact of acquisitions on the group’s revenue growth during the current quarter.
The number of visits to the group increased by 27.5% to reach 936,000 visits, compared to 734,000 visits in the same quarter of the previous year, an increase of approximately 202,000 visits. This increase in revenues comes despite the current quarter being significantly affected by the seasonality of activity in the healthcare sector due to the increased number of days off for Eid al-Fitr and school holidays during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the previous year, which reflects the group’s ability to compensate for the impact of seasonal factors through operational expansion resulting from acquisitions and in the medical facilities existing prior to the acquisitions.
The net profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent company in the first quarter of 2026 decreased by 45.7% to reach 84.52 million Saudi Riyals compared to 155.56 million Saudi Riyals in the same quarter of the previous year, a decrease of 71.04 million Saudi Riyals. Earnings per share in the current quarter fell to 0.84 Saudi Riyals per share compared to 1.59 Saudi Riyals per share in the same quarter of the previous year.
This decline is attributed to a non-recurring event in the same quarter of 2025, where the company had entered into a real estate fund with a 33.33% stake through an in-kind contribution represented in land, which led to recording gains of 51 million Riyals during the first quarter of 2025. Additionally, financing costs and operating expenses increased during the first quarter of 2026 by 64 million Saudi Riyals, most of which is due to the consolidation of the results of Dallah Hospital Khobar and Dallah Hospital Al-Ahsa within the group’s consolidated financial statements during the current quarter, compared to the same quarter of 2025, which included the results of the two hospitals for only eight days due to the completion of the acquisition process on March 23, 2025.
Despite the above and the current quarter being affected by the seasonality of activity in the healthcare sector, the company was able to achieve revenue growth, supported by the positive impact of acquisitions and operational growth of the facilities existing prior to the acquisitions, which reflected in an increase in gross profit of 36 million Saudi Riyals during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
The net profit before financing costs, depreciation, amortization, and zakat adjusted for the impact of the non-recurring profit in the first quarter of 2026 increased by 7% to reach 194 million Saudi Riyals compared to 181 million Saudi Riyals in the same quarter of the previous year, an increase of 13 million Saudi Riyals.
It is worth noting that the amount of net profit attributable to the company’s shareholders achieved during the current quarter aligns with the forecasts outlined in the company’s budget for 2026, which took into account seasonal activity factors in its preparation standards.

Al-Qasabi added that the company continues to benefit from strategic expansions and increased operational capacity, whether in existing or acquired medical facilities, which contributes to mitigating the impact of seasonal factors on the group’s total revenues.
Al-Qasabi expressed great optimism about the company’s performance in the upcoming period, especially in light of the strategic expansions in its hospitals and clinics spread across various regions of the Kingdom, along with upcoming expansion projects that include Al-Arid Hospital north of Riyadh and several new clinics, as well as significant expansion plans for Dallah Hospital Khobar’s facilities and services.
