شهدت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر خلال الأيام الأخيرة حالة من الجدل الواسع، بعد كشف ملابسات قضية بلوغر شابة ادعت إصابتها بمرض السرطان، واستغلت تعاطف المتابعين لجمع تبرعات مالية ضخمة، قبل أن تنتهي القصة بإلقاء القبض عليها وفتح تحقيقات موسعة في الواقعة.

ظهرت البلوغر، المعروفة إعلاميًا باسم «دنيا فؤاد»، عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي كحالة إنسانية، حيث سردت تفاصيل معاناتها مع المرض، ما دفع آلاف المتابعين إلى دعمها ماديًا ومعنويًا.
وساهم انتشار قصتها بشكل كبير في زيادة حجم التبرعات، خاصة مع إعادة نشرها من قبل شخصيات عامة ومستخدمين مؤثرين، لتتحول إلى قضية رأي عام خلال فترة قصيرة.
ملايين الجنيهات تحت الشبهات
وكشفت التحقيقات الأولية أن البلوغر جمعت مبالغ مالية قد تتجاوز 4 ملايين جنيه من التبرعات، بزعم احتياجها لعلاج مكلف من السرطان.
لكن المفاجأة كانت في تضارب هذه الرواية مع بيانات طبية، حيث أشارت تقارير إلى أنها لا تخضع حاليًا لأي بروتوكول علاجي للأورام، ولا توجد دلائل حديثة على إصابتها النشطة بالمرض.
كما أظهرت بيانات الإنفاق أن المبالغ المصروفة فعليًا على الفحوصات الطبية لا تتجاوز نحو 182 ألف جنيه، وهو رقم بعيد جدًا عن إجمالي التبرعات التي تم جمعها.

بدأت الشكوك تتزايد بعد تداول صور ومقاطع فيديو تظهر نمط حياة اعتبره البعض مترفًا، يتضمن شراء هاتف حديث وسيارة، بالإضافة إلى إنفاق على خدمات تجميل، ما أثار تساؤلات حول أوجه صرف الأموال.
كما أُثيرت شبهات حول رفضها تلقي المساعدات العلاجية المباشرة، وطلبها الأموال النقدية بدلًا من ذلك، وهو ما زاد من حدة الجدل.
القبض والتحقيقات
وأعلنت الجهات الأمنية التحفظ على البلوغر، إلى جانب القبض على زوجها، بعد تلقي عدة بلاغات تتهمهما بجمع تبرعات دون وجه حق.

وفي أعقاب الواقعة، أصدرت محافظة الإسماعيلية بيانًا رسميًا حذرت فيه من جمع التبرعات دون تصريح، مؤكدة أن ذلك يُعد مخالفة قانونية وفقًا لقانون تنظيم العمل الأهلي.
رد المتهمة
من جانبها، نفت البلوغر الاتهامات الموجهة إليها، مؤكدة أنها مرت برحلة علاجية معقدة، وأنها ستترك الأمر للقضاء للفصل في القضية، بعد حذف منشوراتها بناءً على نصائح قانونية.

The blogger, known in the media as “Dunia Fouad,” appeared on social media as a humanitarian case, recounting the details of her struggle with the illness, which prompted thousands of followers to support her both financially and morally.
The widespread sharing of her story significantly contributed to the increase in donations, especially as it was re-shared by public figures and influential users, turning it into a public opinion issue within a short period.
Millions of Pounds Under Suspicion
Initial investigations revealed that the blogger had collected financial amounts exceeding 4 million pounds in donations, claiming she needed expensive treatment for cancer.
However, the surprise came when this narrative conflicted with medical data, as reports indicated that she was not currently undergoing any cancer treatment protocol, and there were no recent indications of her being actively ill.
Moreover, spending data showed that the actual amounts spent on medical tests did not exceed approximately 182,000 pounds, a figure that is very far from the total donations collected.
Indicators That Revealed the Truth
Suspicion began to grow after images and videos circulated showing a lifestyle that some considered extravagant, including the purchase of a new phone and a car, in addition to spending on beauty services, raising questions about how the money was being spent.
There were also suspicions regarding her refusal to accept direct medical assistance, instead requesting cash donations, which intensified the controversy.

The security authorities announced the detention of the blogger, along with the arrest of her husband, after receiving several reports accusing them of collecting donations without justification.

Official Warnings
In the aftermath of the incident, the Ismailia Governorate issued an official statement warning against collecting donations without a permit, confirming that this constitutes a legal violation according to the Law on Regulating Civil Work.

For her part, the blogger denied the accusations against her, asserting that she underwent a complicated treatment journey, and that she would leave the matter to the judiciary to decide the case, after deleting her posts based on legal advice.
