>سمحت وزارة التعليم للمدارس في المرحلتين
الابتدائية والمتوسطة، بإعداد أسئلة الاختبارات المركزية للدور الثاني وبديلة لجميع المواد، مع الالتزام بجدول المواصفات التي تبدأ اعتباراً من الثلاثاء القادم في كافة إدارات التعليم بمناطق ومحافظات السعودية ما عدا إدارات التعليم في كل من مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة وجدة والطائف، التي ينتظم فيها للامتحانات نحو مليوني طالب وطالبة وسط استعدادات مكثفة من المدارس لضمان انسيابية سير الاختبارات وتهيئة بيئة مناسبة للطلبة لتأدية اختباراتهم، على أن تبدأ اختبارات الدور الثاني منتصف الأسبوع القادم.
وأكدت وزارة التعليم على المدارس بضرورة الالتزام بالإجراءات المنظمة للاختبارات المتمثلة في إنهاء إجراءات التصحيح أولاً بأول فور انتهاء اللجان، وإكمال أعمال المراجعة النهائية والتدقيق، ومن ثم الرصد في نظام نور الإلكتروني.
واستثنت الوزارة مدارس التعليم المستمر ومدارس
تعليم الكبيرات، وطلاب ذوي الإعاقة، والطلاب الذين منعتهم ظروفهم من أداء الاختبار في المدرسة من الاختبارات المركزية.
واعتباراً من الإثنين 22 يونيو، تعلن وزارة التعليم نتائج اختبارات المدارس إلكترونياً عبر «بوابة التعليم» ومنصة «توكلنا»، تسهيلاً للطلاب والطالبات وأولياء الأمور، وحثت الوزارة الطلاب والآباء على الدخول في بوابة التعليم أو تطبيق توكلنا فور حلول الموعد المحدد للحصول على النتائج.
وأشارت إلى أن الخدمة الرقمية تهدف لرفع كفاءة الخدمات الإلكترونية والتيسير على المستفيدين.
يشار إلى أنّ الوزارة حددت بداية الإجازة الصيفية لكافة الإدارات التعليمية ما عدا الإدارات الأربع بنهاية دوام الخميس القادم الموافق الـ10 من محرم الجاري، فيما تبدأ الإجازة الصيفية لمكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة وجدة والطائف بنهاية دوام الخميس الموافق الـ17 من محرم.
The Ministry of Education has allowed schools in the primary and intermediate stages to prepare questions for the central exams for the second round and alternatives for all subjects, while adhering to the specifications table that will start from next Tuesday in all education departments across the regions and governorates of Saudi Arabia, except for the education departments in Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, and Taif, where approximately two million male and female students will be taking exams amid intensive preparations from schools to ensure the smooth conduct of the tests and to provide a suitable environment for students to perform their exams, with the second round of exams set to begin in the middle of next week.
The Ministry of Education emphasized to schools the necessity of adhering to the organized procedures for the exams, which include completing the correction procedures immediately after the committees finish, completing the final review and auditing, and then recording in the Noor electronic system.
The ministry exempted continuous education schools and schools for adult education, students with disabilities, and students who were prevented by their circumstances from taking the exam at school from the central exams.
Starting from Monday, June 22, the Ministry of Education will announce the results of the school exams electronically through the “Education Portal” and the “Tawakkalna” platform, facilitating access for students and parents. The ministry urged students and parents to log into the education portal or the Tawakkalna app as soon as the specified time arrives to obtain the results.
It was noted that the digital service aims to enhance the efficiency of electronic services and facilitate access for beneficiaries.
It is worth mentioning that the ministry has set the beginning of the summer vacation for all educational departments except for the four departments to be at the end of the workday next Thursday, corresponding to the 10th of Muharram, while the summer vacation for Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, and Taif will begin at the end of the workday on Thursday, corresponding to the 17th of Muharram.
